Overall Experience
A really good experience overall and definitely cheaper compared to other companies I looked at. The training was easy to follow and understand, even for someone new to the subject. The support was always there when I needed it – being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone made a big difference.
The mock exams were especially helpful and played a big part in helping me pass my exams. I’d also like to say a special thank you to Becky for helping with my CV and supporting me in getting into work.
Areas for Improvement
The only downside for me was not having in-person classroom sessions. I would have preferred some live, face-to-face training options. Also, some of the training had American accents, and I would have preferred UK-based trainers for consistency.
Final Thoughts
Overall, amazing value for money, especially as the official exams were included and could be taken at my local Pearson VUE test centre.
