Phil was brilliant within the onboarding process & assisting me with some initial teething problems I had.

As a Digital Marketing Agency that offers a comprehensive service it was important to us that an easy-to-use Support Ticket system was available to our clients, we were researching other options when the team out Glow reached out to us. It was important that our clients could easily create Support Tickets and we our confident that Glow is the solution. It saves us valuable time and means we are not relying on an email trail. The support is also quick and helpful and it's a great product.

This is a great service for people who manage multiple WordPress websites. The company is a startup, still in the early stages, but I managed to speak directly with the founder and he kindly allowed me to preview the beta version. I know he has big plans for the company and I very much admired his dedication to realising his ultimate goal of providing a genuinely useful service for developers and website managers.

There is no doubt that this will prove to be a valuable service run by customer focused people who care deeply about the user experience. The pricing looks very reasonable, too.
