No hidden fees. Check. We've done thousands of tenancy agreements now and people still email us and say, is there a hidden fee or some catch. Your review answers their question - there are no hidden fees folks! Thanks for the 5 star review - see you on the next tenancy.

Happy House is a great app to manage…
Happy House is a great app to manage tenants with minimal fuss. More features can be built in over time on managing tenants, but it indeed is a step in right direction to solve a issue and saving landlords a lot of money from being spent on managing agents which ultimately pester landlords for doing everything and are not good value for money overtime. May be happy house can make it all encompassing like adding purple brics like viewing calendar facility, api's to reach out to local engineers, builders, plumbers and handymans (in the area) in their product roadmap in future and get managing agents out of the way between tenants and landlords.

I was looking for a tenancy agreement…
I was looking for a tenancy agreement to download, but this is a much better process - nothing more annoying than chasing tenants to print and sign - will use for my other properties when the tenancies come up.

Stumbled upon Happy House, so glad I did - super easy to use, I did run into an issue, but jumped on their live chat support and it was solved in minutes. It took less than 30 minutes to setup and have the tenants sign it. Would definitely use again.

I found the service super easy to use. My tenant and I had the ast set up and signed in 30 mins, and it free!!
Who could ask for more. I also used the chat to ask a couple of questions, these were answered in record time. Fab.
