I needed the sub-woofer for my soundbar fixed. Great service from them. I paid for the express service. It took about 3 weeks, they are very busy. Very pleased with the quality

Really happy with the service. I sent in my FiiO X5 III after the power button stopped working and I could no longer turn the player on. They managed to repair it and everything is now working perfectly again.

They were very professional throughout the whole process and kept me well informed, clearly explaining the repair process and what was being done to the device. Communication was excellent and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

It’s great to have my FiiO working properly again. Very pleased with the result and I would definitely recommend their repair service.

Get it Fixed Ltd serviced and repaired our Boise Wave. They were very efficient, kept us informed throughout the service and repair, checking on work and costs before proceeding. What i loved was that the cost of postage and returned was included in the price and was not extortionate. Highly recommended.

Get it fixed offers a great service , it’s mainly done through links sent via email , There was ani issue where they had closed for holidays which is understandable but atleast upgrade your telephone line to let people know your not there , I did get a bit paranoid but 5 weeks later my Cyrus Amp was returned fully working , I would use them again.
Just be patient not like me 😂🤦‍♂️

I had specialized DLS sub as part of a pair which stopped working. Was sceptical of using get it fixed because of reviews but would be at least £800 if at all to replace the broken subwoofer. In summary, the sub was fixed and improved with cap replacements. The total fix was around £240 and about 6 weeks turnaround. There wasn’t much comms during the process but very pleased with the outcome and saved cash and hassle of finding a new replacement.

This was for PCB repair. My american style f/freezer is 26years old but as good and stylish as everything you currently see in stores. The PCB was repaired by Get it Fixed. I paid for express service and to be honest I had quite a run around from them to the point I thought I would not get it back and it definitely was not "express" BUT they came up good after almost a couple of months and it was returned. We fitted it and my f/freezer is now working a treat....cost was £200+ and £35 for express service. Beats £2k for a new one which no doubt would not be as good as this old boy. Long may it live !!!! (hoping for 1 to 2 years)

Following on from my initial review, I have been contacted by this company asking if there was anything they could do for me to remove my review as follows;
“Is there anything we can do to amend or change your review please?
Simply let us know, anything in our power, we will try!”
I am still owed money which I will never see. I cannot believe any of the reviews this company are posting, other than those which are one star.

This company is a total rip off. I sent an item to this company to repair, cost me £200. The item was returned to me and the item would still not work. This company did not respond to any emails, would not answer any calls. Complete scam - avoid at all costs.

Clear and frequent communication made me feel confident my beloved Evoke radio was in good hands. A common fault apparently: the display stops functioning and even though the radio is on, it's impossible to programme.
I was kept informed along the way and it was returned safe and sound, working beautifully for a very reasonable price. I hope it gives me many more years now.
One slight niggle, the info display, whether showing time or programme details, is a little too near the top of the display box but I can live with that!

I'll start with the conclusion: I absolutely do not recommend anyone send anything to this company for repair. All of the negative reviews are 100% true and don't let any positive reviews sway you.

I sent my Marshall Kilburn in for repair end of May. The repair estimate was quick and seemed reasonable at £120 all in but the wording that worried me was "Once, unit has been serviced, we can test the other functions that the unit is coming with."

I imagined a case where they "repaired" it but found other faults which cost more to repair - I only suspected this after reading other reviews of similar cases. So I sent an email asking what would happen if this was the case. No reply. So I sent 4 follow up emails over the course of a month and phoned them twice a week over the same period. All with no response.

I then got an email from them that they were going to recycle my speaker! That was the last straw - I asked for my speaker to be returned and was slapped with a £38 handling and postage fee on top of the £28 inspection fee.

The £38 fee was not prominently displayed anywhere in the initial purchase and was buried in the T&Cs they attached AFTER I had already placed the order.

I really hope that people will read this before choosing to deal with this company. Please upvote for visibility.

Long story short, GetItFixed fixed my stereo amp. But, it took a lot longer than I was expecting. Plus you have to be prepared for long periods of radio silence that start to make you question whether or not the service is legit. All in all, it’s a great offering that could be a great service, if only they drastically improve their customer communications.

No-one pickup the support phone. They haven't returned refund nor returned the device for Beyond Economical Repair device. Very poor.

Constant contact with every procedure and finance before the next stage was completed, I am very pleased with the outcome and having a 3 year warranty after the repair was completed, very nice people and service, I would use them again in the future.

GetItFixed provided excellent service throughout, keeping me informed of the repair at all stages. I now have my radio/CD player back and am delighted to have it working again. It is good to know that there are companies like GetItFixed that believe in repairing things rather than throwing them away.

It’s great to find a company that can repair items, rather than having to replace! They did a great job replacing the screen on my Ruark R2.

Dealt with so promptly and they even answered the phone which is novel these days. My beloved Bose wave CD player has been playing up for ages but they’ve sorted it and it seems like new again. Postage paid by them up front when player sent to them and then return included in repair cost which is fair enough.

I have sent my CD player to get the disc draw fixed. It was still playing CDs. When it came back it was no-longer able to play CDs. GetItFixed said to return it which I did 2months ago. i've had no response to calls or emails. No CD player and £150 out of pocket.
