No customer support after hard drive connection failure after 2 months. Multiple attempts at email support over many months with zero response. Garbage magnetic cable design makes it the most expensive wireless charging pad ever that now needs to be replaced with a new setup that allows drive usage.i feel ripped off.
Jeda was good but are they belly-up now?
Back in early 2020 I ordered a Model 3. I also ordered the Jeda Hub, Jeda Tray, and Jeda Wireless pad. Later on when they released the "V4" wireless pad, with MagSafe, I ordered that.
Every product I've gotten from Jeda has been solid. They fit and work perfectly, and I never had an issue with the quality of any of their products.
Shipping times, on the other hand, have gotten worse. WAY worse. In 2020, it took roughly 3-4 weeks to get the goods. In 2023 it took well north of a month to get the updated V4 wireless pad -- and that was only after I emailed them for an update.
I sold the Model 3 and bought a 2024 Model Y. I ordered the hub/tray for the refreshed (2021+) Model 3/Y consoles. A month and a half later, no word. I emailed them, and got no response. The shipping estimate shows "pre-order ships early February", and I ordered it in early February. I should've noticed the top banner of the website, which even today (March 16) is still showing "end of year sales". I'm starting to suspect Jeda quietly went out of business. I initiated a chargeback dispute with Chase.
So why 3 stars instead of 1? Because if my review was based on my Model 3 accessories, a solid 5 stars for quality, although I'd deduct half or a full star for the slow shipping the second time around.

Ordered a charging pad on March 10 (#208168). Emailed support for over 20 times now. Received a reply 3 times with apologies and ‘promises’ that they will ship a new one ‘tomorrow’.
It never happens.

I have bought their products before and had good customer service when the item didn’t work. BUT…
Unfortunately, I recently bought the new center console for the 2023 Tesla model 3, and from the moment it arrived, it did not work. Initially, customer service was responsive and we went through some steps, and then suddenly their responses stopped in July 2023.
AFTER about 10 emails to them, with no response, I just gave up and got rid of the device.
Given that the device was $99, it was $99 wasted. I’m not sure what happened to the previous good customer service but something just happened and they stopped replying to every email. I checked the spam folders and all the other potential folders for their emails, but no response at all.
If the items work as advertised, they are great, but at least in this situation customer service was nonexistent.
If they happen to notice this review and contact me, I will update my review accordingly.

I orderd my product in December 2022. The wireless charging pad was in backorder. Promised in January. After many delays, I received shipping information in March. According to the tracking information, the parcel died when handed to the international shipping carrier. After weeks of waiting customer service promises to ship again. Now 3 months later, that shipment has not gone out despite numerous emails back and forth. I can't recommend anyone to buy from this company.

My Jeda Tesla Model 3 ChargePad stopped working and they have not responded to my numerous emails! This company does not seem to care about customers at all. It took many months to finally get the pad after they kept saying it would be shipped within a short time frame, and then when I finally did get it it only worked for a brief time. Now I seem to have no way to get a replacement. Their warranty seems worthless. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Jeda!

Ordered a wireless pad for model 3 in March 13th, 2023. Now it is July. Weeks ago I got reply from Jeda that they would reship a pad for the order was supposed to be lost somewhere in the delivery chain. . .
I still did not receive anything. Reactions from customer service I received but always after a few or more days and always with regret, sorries, promises etc. But never very specific and sofar not with the desired effect: the ordered product..

I Ordered a Jeda hub a few years ago and then all went very well, but it's not the same Jeda anymore apparently 😕
My wireless pad stopped working
My wireless pad stopped working. Getting customer support to respond is virtually impossible. I've emailed multiple times and heard back about a replacement but it's been about 4 months and crickets. Do not buy - they're not a trustworthy company.

Insane..
Insane... I had an USB hub from them and all was good... now 3 years later I ordered their USB Charging Wireless Pad... and nothing. ordered March 1st and we are at the end of May now... Their support will just ignore you after some not helping messages. So you will wait months for nothing. How can a company produce an okay product and after years still not be able to deliver it in time!? really bad customer service and the management must be totally incapable.
Worst experience I ever had
If I see this thread earlier, I could save 2 months time and my money. I have ordered this product in March 2023 and then wait (emailed couple of times no response). Finally I get an email in Apr 21 and said they shipped the product out, then the delivery date (in the tracking number) is keep pushing from May 5 to May 25. Already filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope I can get my money back.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before now. I finally received my charger after a two month delay that wasn't advertised on the website at all. When I did get responses via email support they took a while and always said the product would come "in two weeks" despite it never being accurate. And after the product arrived, it wasn't even fully functional! I'm requesting a full refund and just hoping they actually respond unlike other people who reported they couldn't get refunds at which point I will have to contact my credit card company.
If I have a better experience requesting a refund I'll update the review, but for now everything has been awful.

This should really be a 0 stars. Like all of the others on this chain, I ordered a product listed in stock on their page with a one week delivery timeline. After multiple emails that went ignored I finally heard back that my item would be shipped in early January (1.5 months after ordered). Early January came and went and after I inquired again was told it would be in February. I asked for a refund and they have not granted that. Will be filing with my credit card company and hoping other people check here before trusting this company and placing an order they'll never receive.
No Present for Christmas & Out Over $100
I placed an order on December 9th, 2022 for a Tesla Model 3 and Model Y Wireless Charger and was charged $100.99 total after tax and shipping. At the time of purchase the item was in stock and the website said it would ship out in 24-48 hours.
On December 17th, 2022 I still had not received a shipping notification so I reached out via email with my order info to get an update. On the 21st I still had not heard anything so I emailed them again. It is now Christmas Eve and I don’t have my husbands a Christmas present or the money to buy him something else. I am extremely upset and all I can tell my husband on Christmas morning is “I am sorry…”
