After all the hype, and all the ads claiming how much improvement you would achieve with the device. I find that there is very little, if any real relief with my condition. However, I'm not giving up... I'll continue to use the device, and hope for the best.

I inquired on certain uses for the NeuroMD. The inquiries were for friends with various bodily muscular pain issues.
This medical device has worked wonders for me personally. No back pain! I wanted to introduce my friends to an opportunity for relief of pain.
The responses have been fast and very informative. I highly recommend this product.

The pads were received in a timely manner. They work great. I use them as needed not a daily therapy.

Six weeks in and improving every day. The low back pain has reduced significantly and I wake up with improved mobility. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery was prompt. Am ordering one for my niece who also suffers from back pain.

I have the worst back. I have been taking opiates for years because of my back. Now when it hurts real bad I put on my little vibration patch and it feels so good.

This was a lot of money, for very little result. I really do not use this device. I have more pain after use. I do not recommend.

Explained the difference between this product and other modalities, which, as a healthcare provider, was vital. I used this for a long standing problem of mine and am well pleased. I am nearly 80 and don't expect miracles but have noticed a very significant positive change.

Well I spoke too soon about outstanding customer service as I received a response to contact customer service for help and have done so multiple times with no response. Therefore, my review has been updated to reflect this lack of service. I love the device and have been using it for about a year. It is helping. My concern is that it has stopped working multiple times for no reason. I keep it charged and change the pads often. In fact, while using a brand new pad out of the package, it failed to work. Sometimes it is the remote and other times it has been the device itself. Customer service was initially helpful, but stopped after I reached out again as requested in their response to this review. Now, they do not respond. I would like to be able to depend on the device and not be apprehensive about whether or not it will function when I need it the most.

It is okay… not much help. I had an epidural steroid injection last Wednesday so I cannot use it. I have to ask my pain management doctor first to be sure that I can go back to use it.

I cannot say enough about the efficacy of the NeuroMD 2.0, nor of the customer support. This device does what they say it does. I have referred it to many friends and my surgeon now recommends it to his patients pre- and post-op. Truly great company!!

I ordered the kit in 2021 & used it then primarily for back pain. Through the years, I've also used it to help with pain from rotator cuff tears, hip, & back pain. I recently needed a remote replacement; however that model is no longer available. I like it so well, I ordered the kit upgrade at the current sale price! I would highly recommend it. Their customer service is rarely needed; however, if needed, has always been superior!

I still in have about the same amount of pain. I varies day by day. Some days are better than others but it's hard to tell if the NeuroMD has anything to do with it. I'll do it for another month and decide whether to continue.

I had an issue with the gel pad affecting my skin. I tried a couple ways to alleviate this, and customer service listened and helped all they could. I am impressed how they listened and responded promptly and offered solutions.

It provides pain relief after using it for a couple of weeks or so, it works just as advertised. I have a fairly severe low back pain situation that has deteriorated over 5 years while working with a chiropractor, so will be working with my spine physician on a solution, probably a minimally invasive procedure. In the meantime it helps with the nerve pain in the morning. It's very similar to acupuncture, but stronger.
