Not only a great product but customer service was ace. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color smoke detector, called to report my mistake and within 3 days I had a replacement. Before I even had enough time to get to the post to return the original !

We received our product yesterday and are impressed with the care in packaging, instructions and the app. Like any new piece of tech there is a learning curve. This device is going into a workshop and if we continue to be impressed we’ll look at purchasing a number of units for our house and ADU.

One detector was shipped with old firmware that wouldn’t allow the app or HomeKit to recognize it. Also features that were supposed to be active on the device aren’t currently active and will be released later.

Derek, we apologize for this inconvenience and we have already provided you a replacement device at no cost to you, we hope that you enjoy it.
Some of our promised features such as Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant integrations have already been rolled out. iFTTT and Amazon integrations are currently in the works and will be rolled out by June 2023.
