If these emails are not visible in the inbox, we recommend checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders, as they can occasionally be routed there by email providers.

We also want to clarify that our support team does respond to customer inquiries submitted through the contact information provided on our website. If you have not received a reply, it is possible that our response was filtered by your email provider or that we were unable to locate the order due to missing information.

If the carrier has advised that another delivery attempt will be made, we recommend continuing to follow up with them directly using the tracking information provided.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed or routed incorrectly. However, we do not keep payment for orders without attempting fulfillment, and we do not intentionally withhold packages from customers. If an address or ZIP code issue occurred during delivery, our team can review the order details and assist with the available options based on the carrier’s tracking status.

It is also important to clarify that subscription pricing is offered at a discounted rate compared to a standard one-time purchase. If a customer chooses to cancel before the first scheduled renewal, the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price may apply. This policy exists to prevent misuse of subscription discounts and is disclosed as part of the subscription terms.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization that our advertising is misleading or false. We strive to present our pricing, subscription options, and policies as clearly as possible throughout the checkout process and in post-purchase communications.
