Mu order is late and it keeps canceling,

My granddaughter loves the jelly cat toy. It arrived safely within the seven working days. My only concern that the link from the email confirmation to the website wouldn’t open and instead I got a warning that it could be a fake scam website. I was worried that it wasn’t a legitimate purchase. Otherwise it would have been five stars

Quick delivery and great quality product in a lovely gift bag. Would definitely order again.

Great service quick delivery .. top star service

The service updates, tracking n customer service was brilluant , my parcel arrived before due date and was perfect, well packed , thank you so much . Highly recommended from start to delivery

So far I'm happy to have found your business that is not a scam

I wang to return my order but no one reply for my message from live chat and email !

The product arrived on time and in good condition.

Ordered 2 weeks ago still no sign on the teddy, I ordered car parts from Romania within that time and they came faster, I won’t be returning for another teddy

Selling non authentic Jellycat products. Won’t acknowledge my refund request. Do not purchase. Find an official Jellycat stockist instead.

I’ve been scammed!!! These are not real!! Still pricey too

I wanted a jellycat toy for a friend's son for Christmas.
It arrived yesterday she said it is get .It was a good price .

I’ve just received my Fergus frog and the stitching isn’t the best. He has a hole in the side of him.
