I purchased this product in January and didn't receive until February when I started taking product. I called them on 4/10 as I did not get any results wanting to find out about their "Money back Guarantee". The lady I spoke to said too bad I called after 60 days so I could not get refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -DEFINITE SCAM ARTISTS.

Initially spoke to Christine Raganit at Retina Clear and she talked me into ordering 12 months supply on the basis they would give me a 12 month money back guarantee. I have been taking them twice daily but have had no improvement in 4 months. When I asked for my money back they said it is only a 60 guarantee and Christine refuses to acknowledge that she gave me the 12 month guarantee.

I have to have monthly eye injections because of Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO) and Retinal Oedema (RO)…
I began to listen to the video, but then decided to save time and go straight to their website… When I read the ingredients, I knew it would not work to get rid of the injections, but I was shocked that I am taking high doses individually of these ingredients advised by my Naturopath, and though they have not cured my BRVO or my RO, my central vision is better than 20/20 WITH MY GLASSES ON…. So I can confirm that these ingredients at high doses would keep your vision sharp, but you would still need your glasses and the injections to maintain your vision I’m afraid…

Fortunately I have done some research after putting an order in for the product, and I used PayPal for payment.
The ingredients used are not medically accepted to have any effect whatsoever on the desired outcome. This to me lit up a big red light so I immediately tried to cancel my order, which was ignored and not answered by them. I had no alternative but to claim back via PayPal which was dealt with efficiently as always.
My advice is do not get sucked in to this product or the company promoting it.

I purchased and used Retina Clear for 58 days and did not experience any positive results. I took the capsules consistently as directed. In fact, my eyes are drier than they have ever been. I called to claim their 100% money back guarantee and the customer service rep was in India. He kept reading the same script and saying the same phrases over and over. After calmly putting up with his antics for 29 minutes, I asked to speak with a supervisor. He disconnected the call.

I was promised a 90-day money back guarantee and he said it was only 60 days and the date started on the order date and not the date I received the package, which was nine days later. Retina Clear’s website states, “ Most users begin noticing smoother visual comfort and less eye strain within 2–4 weeks, with best results typically seen after consistent use for 60–90 days.” Why wouldn’t they honor the original 90-day guarantee and why would the clock start ticking the date of order rather than receipt? This product is another scam in a long line of products of its type. Do not waste your time and money.

I've been taking for 6 months with no results. The video they made with that Jim was very convincing saying he was almost blind. Well I paid a lot of money for this and after my couple bottles are done, so am I. Don't waste your money like I did.

I was close to buying it. Asked AI. It brought all the information that Jim Cooper from Ohio who is the main person creating and spreading this eye sight silver bullet DOES NOT EXIST. Also, Dr. Bush had a totally different approach than in the video at getretinaclear.net to help healing eye decease. Looks like it’s a clear VSL hoax.

Biggest SCAM I’ve ever ‘seen’ hahaha!!!! I watched the video - it’s 45 minutes long! Many errors during it. A lot of BS. This guy is a Con man!! Best bit is some of the people in the video wear glasses!!! Haha.

The product Retina Clear did not help my eyesight. It was advertised as a money back gaurantee. I applied for my money back and was denied because my claim was not within the 'trial' period, which starts on the day of placing the order, which is ridiculous because I wasn't able to start taking the Retina clear until it arrived 3 weeks later. Terrible!

I watched the 'Retina Clear' video and learned that the presenter's dog is named Max and that Dr. Bush, who discovered the formula, apparently wore eyeglasses altho the customers can now expect 20/20 vision. The video has all the signs of being slickly produced by the same video company that does other wonder supplement videos. Uh, i better go now.....the hit men from the "evil eyecare industry" are out looking for me right now.

The website leads you to believe you'll get a full refund for returned bottles, empty or full. The product didn't work for me and caused indigestion, they said they'd only give me a refund for unopened bottles and of course I had to pay for the return shipping. They did give me a partial refund, but do not buy if you're expecting to get money back if it doesn't work for you. And don't expect it to improve your vision

This company's product is useless. Does not improve floaters or Macular Degeneration. Just vitamins and unproven herbs.

Retina Clear had no effect whatsoever on my vision. When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me the runaround, saying their response was in my spam folder and that the matter was closed but they were "here to help." I could not find it in my spam folder and asked them to resend the email. Ever since and after 5 requests for either a refund or an explanation, they just ghosted me. Very unprofessional indeed.

Our experience was exactly like the experience of the buyer who posted a review ahead us! After buying, they immediately called trying to sell additional products to us.

After 1 1/2 months of taking the RetinaClear, we showed no results. We called for our “no questions asked” refund and were told we couldn’t get a refund for “opened” containers! We had printed the guarantee and they finally offered us a 30% refund.

After much discussion, high pressure tactics on their part and our threats of contacting the BBB & Florida Attorney General’s office, they agreed to refund our money.

Had retinaclear actually worked, we would have ordered more!

Save yourself the hassle! It doesn’t give promised results and the “No questions asked guarantee” doesn’t exist!!

Someone sent me a link to a video marketing Retinal Clear, from Nature’s Formulas. It was the usual formula for such ads, high-pressure, they are about to take us off the market, this will transform your life, kind of junk. But I caved in and ordered six bottles.
Within a short time, maybe an hour or two, somebody called me trying to take more of my time with more of what they want to offer me. At that point, I said just cancel the order and they gave me a customer service number which I called. She would not cancel my order without pressing me over and over again to keep the order active. I had to get to the point of being rude, before I could get the woman off the phone with the assurance that my order had been canceled. She said the transaction had already gone through and I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund.

I should’ve listened to the red flags in the first place.
I can’t see how this product is any better than things I can get off the shelf. And they won’t hassle me there.

Please to all those out there, DO NOT purchase this product, the company behind it will not deliver the product and will not provide a direct answer about the products' whereabouts. For my case, they said that they shipped it via DHL, nothing further from the truth. Please, I am repeating this... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Let's all expose these people for what they are... SCAMMERS!!!

The companies alleged promises are vague and the pricing for the product varies greatly. Inconsistent pricing via email promotions removes any and all legitimacy for the claims made by Retina Clear. Dreams and promises make for a scam.
