We had a great experience using Ridley to sell our home. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and much easier than expected—and we saved over $50,000 in commission. Surprisingly, the process was even easier than working with a traditional real estate agent.

I would highly recommend Ridley to anyone looking to sell. It’s the only way I would choose to sell a home again.

We used Ridley to sell our home in Boulder in August of 2025, which makes us an early adopter. We found the process to onboard our home simple enough to complete in a couple of days. Once listed, we quickly started receiving emails from interested buyers and within 5 days of listing, we were under contract.
