Truly the worst delivery service we have ever used. We ordered a pizza and sandwich from a restaurant 5 minutes from our house. The driver picked up our food at 7:15, then proceeded to drive across town for 45 minutes before finally delivering our food a little after 8. The food was cold, soggy and inedible. Sauce support has been worthless in resolving the issue.

Ordered from Slyce Pizza near Madeira Beach and the food itself is always great — no complaints there.

Unfortunately, their delivery partner (Sauce) completely dropped the ball. My order took over an hour and arrived cold. When I reached out, they refused a refund because it technically arrived within 15 minutes AFTER their “latest ETA window,” even though the food was no longer enjoyable.

They are the best for restaurants to use amazing!

I ordered with Sauce and they did not complete my delivery and then they stated they would send me a refund but then kept saying they were "working on a refund request" for more than an hour. What a fraud. $35 dollars later, no sandwich and no refund. I had to text with them for more than an hour and still no result.

No drivers and no support
it always takes an hour plus for a delivery to happen. and with no cancelation option its pretty disgusting that they exists.

Worst customer service ever!!
Ordered food and app said 45 mins… went on app to track and it said that food would arrive latest two hours later. Contacted support and go runaround. Their employee Maria Sofia was useless. Kept offering a refund or reorder. When i asked how long it would take she told me that she called restaurant and driver was on the way to pick up my order….
Waited another 30mins and contacted her again.. called restaurant and they told me that my order was picked up. She was unaware and kept offering to cancel my order!!

Finally gave up yrying to understand. She canceled my order against my wishes and had to drive 20 mins to restaurant then back and had the restaurant redo my order because no one knows where it is

Finally. A company that gets what it's like for restaurant owners and has real people that I can reach to help along the way. The product has everything we need without extras, we're saving a lot of money on online ordering, and always know we have someone in our corner when we need. Sauce has always listened, taken our feedback and continues to make improvements to an already great tool.

I order lunch for my company every week. This week we ordered from Sauce. The service was great and I love that the reorder app makes it really easy to place a repeat order and it accurately let me know when my order would be arriving

I had a very frustrating experience with GetSauce. My order arrived completely wrong, and when I reached out for help, the customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful. Instead of fixing the mistake, they kept giving generic replies and made no real effort to resolve the issue.

A food delivery service should at least take responsibility when an order is incorrect, but in this case, I was left with the wrong items and no solution. The lack of accountability and poor customer support is shocking.

For a company that claims to value customers, this experience shows the opposite. I won’t be using GetSauce again, and I hope they improve their service so others don’t go through the same trouble.

I’ve had a really great experience with Sauce. They made everything super easy from the very first conversation, and the team has been great to work with throughout the whole setup. We’ve already moved a good amount of our sales off of Grubhub and onto our own website, and it’s been a huge help in keeping more of our revenue. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Sauce to any restaurant looking to take more control over their online orders.

As the restaurant owner we were not happy with Sauce Ordering Platform. Too many hidden fees that were never disclosed. Very deceitful business.

Ordered directly to my hotel. Food arrived 10 minutes early. Even driver had a smile.

Terrible company! The driver left the food at the wrong address and they have to go through an act of congress to give you a refund. Im still waiting. This was the first and last time I will use them! Beware!
