Self inking stamp.
The service was pretty prompt. I ordered a self inking stamp to my own design. The previous web site sent you a proof so you can get feedback before the stamp is made. This is not now available. It turns out there was a mistake in my artwork and it would have been flagged up if I had a proof view.

Stamps all good in the end
The website was a bit difficult to use and the customer service phone and email was just "satisfactory".
The products arrived slightly incorrect but the issues were fixed super quick.

Good clothes stamp
It was straight forward to order a stamp to label my daughter's clothes. The product arrived in time and labelling the clothes with it is very quick and easy. Hopefully the ink will last well in time.

Thank you for your kind review.
The ink in the clothing stamp should last around 50 washes at 30 degrees - once it starts to fade, you can simply reapply the stamp.

The price was really reasonable
The price was really reasonable, delivery and communications good. The stamp itself works well when you practice onto paper but then when trying to stamp onto labels on uniform they weren't coming out very well. May be a case of practice makes perfect so I'll keep with it but was a little disappointed

Sorry you're having some teething problems with your school uniform stamp.
We find that for best results, the label needs to be flat on a table or hard surface. If you're able to lift/flip the label so that it's not resting on the garment, but just on the table, it should work better.
If you're still having problems, please contact us direct and we can help you out.
So easy to use
So quick and easy to use. Even after washing the clothes the ink looks as good as new!
