SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sell a group licence and when you click the links they send you to download the software you get a warning. They sent me multiple links and everyone was blocked. Then they wanted remote access to my computer to download the software! No way am I allowing this so ssked for money back, and all goes quiet. Groupon not interested either. Have reported to microsoft. Save yourselves the hassle , get a legally licenced copy!

Purchased a Microsoft Office license via Groupon, the link to the website did not work and so I thought I'd check out the reviews only to see this is clearly a scam. Fortunately, as it was the same day, I was able to get a refund from Groupon, but given the number of poor reviews on here dating back over a year, the fact Groupon still lists this product has eroded my faith in Groupon.

Initially struggled to download the software but they stayed in touch and guided me through the process and provided a new product key when I needed one

SCAM: they sell multiple copies of the same license number. Too many users registered to the same number so it doesn’t work. Waste of money. Should have trusted my instincts. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I bought a Microsoft Office product through Groupon and via this retailer. The product key didn't work. I contacted Microsoft through both online chat and over the phone. They couldn't get it to work either so I contacted the retailer. 'Getsoftwaredeals' did not answer when I used the mobile number provided on the website. They did however, email me when I got in touch that way.
To begin with, I received short emails with instructions to screenshot my issues, etc which I did but having tried and failed to use the sent product key, the retailer sent me some dodgy 'exe' file with an unrecognised digital signature. This was not an official Microsoft product. I explained I wasn't comfortable running this file on my computer and requested a refund.
Since then, the seller has ceased all contacy with me and I have lost all access to my email account because someone has been fraudulently trying to hack it. Coincidence? I think not.
So I've now had to revert back to Groupon with my complaint. I am absolutely furious with Groupon for listing this retailer as somebody genuine and the retailer for the poor service received. Top it off with a loss of email access and you might say that this is the worst retail experience I've ever had.
Please avoid or suffer the consequences. You have been warned!

Purchased through groupon, once linked received asked me to register click into a link, page doesn’t open and doesn’t exist. Too good to be true, I requested a refund through the chat on groupon

To be honest, I actually made the purchase on a different platform, but the customer service and responsiveness I’ve received here have been outstanding. This prompted me to look into who the supplier was and find their website so I could post this review. Specifically, the person who contacted me was Youjil. Excellent service and quick response.

Its my 1st time using Groupon, there was an issue with the activation, but it was resolved very quickly and Efficiently. Would definitely recommend Groupon to my Contacts

They sell leaked MS enterprise keys that are blocked by Microsoft (might work for a week or two) - avoid.

Ik heb bij Groupon Microsoft Office LTSC pro plus 2024 gekocht met licentie. Eerst had ik de verkeerde taal aangevraagd, na contact met Groupon, kreeg ik de Nederlandse versie. Ik kreeg MS Office wel geïnstalleerd, maar kon niet activeren. Het was een probleem van mijn pc, die heb ik opnieuw geïnstalleerd, daarna weer MS Office geïnstalleerd, maar toen kon ik niet activeren. Contact gezocht met Groupon en zij hebben er alles aangedaan, nieuwe licentie gekregen om MS Office wel te kunne activeren. Ik wil Groupon bedanken voor hun service.

This is a terrible waste of time and effort. I wont write lots here as your time is precious.
Works for a while, beyond your refund window
Then fails
They are non responsive
Like a deceased person who somehow robbed your pocket

Not being a computer nerd, I was worried about purchasing Office 2024. but after taking the plunge and purchasing from Groupon, things couldn't have been easier. Very helpful people who made the download etc: very easy. I have no hesitation recommending this company and will certainly use then again.

I've never used Groupon previous to the purchase of this Microsoft office 2024 programme.
Despite some minor teething problems activating the programme I cant speak highly enough of the customer service provided.
Will definitely use Groupon again.

I puchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2024 through Groupon. The listing clearly shows Publisher being included and no mention was made in the listing that this was an LTSC version (volume licence not really suited to individuals). I received an LTSC version that did not include Publisher. I contacted Getsoftwaredeals but originally they didn't reply, so I requested a refund through Groupon. No refund offered by either the supplier or Groupon.
Not a happy customer and certainly would not recommend either.
