I bought these for my husband who had a knee replacement just before covid so had very little help with physio, over the years his mobility got worse so he had nothing to loose trying these and they have made a big difference with his walking g but made a difference to his confidence.

I have a lateral meniscus tear which was causing a lot of pain and preventing me from walking very far. Only about 3 - 5,000 steps daily. I like to walk at least 12,000 steps a day. Since wearing the Stryde every day I'm pain free and back to walking 12,000 steps and more a day

I bought these for a friend who is waiting on surgery on one knee and needs it on the other one, too. Recently, she has been crippled with pain and it's had a marked detrimental effect on her overall wellbeing. After using these supports for only a few hours, the problem remained, but the symptoms are far less impactful. Two weeks on and her circumstances have greatly improved. Her Consultant was dismissive of them when she showed him, suggesting nothing more than a placebo effect was occurring, but I can see the difference in how she can walk and how much better she feels overall. The surgery is still required, but the wait for it is much easier. So, 30 quid very well spent !

Comfortable to wear

At 67 years younger my golf was suffering not been able to put pressure on my left knee. I tried lots of different supports all did nothing. The stryde works for me. I can walk 18 holes with little discomfort.

So far so good wore them for 2weeks walking is much more comfortable xx very impressed and surprised that they work 👍👏👏

I play golf on a very hilly course and since wearing the support I have been pain free during the round. Fantastic. Not sure how it works do well.

It does what it says on the packet. Very pleased with this purchase

Bought for a golfing mate who was suffering from pain on the course. First time he wore it he shot 38 points best he’d done in months. He now owes me plenty of beers

Simple but 100 percent effective.no knee pain,can now walk without any discomfort.tick v.g

It does help although I still have pain.its easier to walk.better than the all in one ..takes so long to put on.

Within a few days I can now walk down hill and also on rough ground without pain Brilliant. Also as it’s summer and wearing shorts I have been a walking advert. Recommended to many people

I ordered two under the buy one get one free, plua another one at a discounted price. The product is easy to wear, unlike my old bulky knee support, this does the job. Great tracking of order updates including Evri delivery service, items was smalll enough to be posted through the letterbox, I love the little drawstring bag the came in, I was not expectinga bag .

they have done what u said and they have taken the pain when i stand or walk so thank for them

Was very sceptical about ordering.. but it’s the best thing I did gave me relief straight away also I haven’t hesitated in telling anyone how good it has been for me ..would recommend had given me a lot of mobility back

Only used for a couple of weeks and it has worked for my wear and tear knee pain so far - would definitely recommend trying it if you’re in a similar position

Before buying the Getstryde, I tried every knee strap going, without success, this was going to be my last try, and I am glad I bought it, I have been able to walk without pain for the longest time, occasionally I have a bit of pain first thing, but once I get going it is brilliant, will be recommending them to my friends, they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and if it works you haven't lost anything, and these work 100% in my opinion.

Putting the band on my arthritic knees is like taking a painkiller with immediate effect.
