What I didn’t like is that I did not receive what I ordered, it was the carrier fault. I did like that customer service did reach out to me twice and they refunded my money back right away.

SCAM Alert
SCAM Alert. Bought this test nearly 3 months ago. Registered my test. Have been monitoring their website and waiting for results. Logged in today and my registered test has now disappeared. Where is my test and where are my test results? They have not responded to ANY of my emails over the past few weeks. I now believe this entire business is nothing but a SCAM. Go buy your tests somewhere else. I wish I had.

Hi John,
We never delete a test without reason. Tests are only removed if they are invalid, for example if the sample was too old, insufficient, or hemolytic. In these cases, we always send an email explaining and asking you to provide a new sample. Please kindly check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder.
If you haven’t received any replies to your emails, that sounds very unusual – please double-check that you didn’t send them to a no-reply address. We have not been able to find any unanswered emails this old in our inbox or spam.
To help us resolve this for you, please update your review with your order number so that we can reach out to you via the email address linked to your order. You are also welcome to include an alternative email address if you prefer.
Trustpilot should also have sent you a request for more information – if you did not receive that either, it could be due to a spam filter in your inbox. Otherwise, you can manually update your review via their website with the requested details.
We would very much like to help you get this sorted out.💙

My test was supposed to been here yesterday. Has been in NC for 4 days. I’d like to think this was a scam!

We normally reply to emails within 1–2 business days, though it can occasionally take a little longer during public holidays.

i wish i could give zero stars
i ordered an sti rapid test and tested positive for two different infections. i went to the doctor obviously freaking out because i had no symptoms and expected nothing, and tested negative for both. 0/5

Hi,
Please feel free to contact us by email and send us a clear photo of your test so we can take a closer look. Some of our rapid tests have what’s called a cut-off value, which means that a faint line is not considered a positive result but rather at the borderline. This is also stated on the interpretation card included with your test. In such cases, we recommend repeating the test.
It’s also important to remember that this is a screening test. A rapid test should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis — any positive result should always be confirmed with a laboratory test, which is also stated in the pamplet.
Without seeing your test, we unfortunately can’t know exactly what happened, but false positives can occur for several reasons, such as cross-reactions with other microorganisms, recent vaccinations, or reading the test after the recommended time.
If you email us with a photo of your test, we’ll be happy to help you further.

Seems legit
I received my test kit and it didn't even take that long. I haven't used it yet. I don't need it at the moment because I was seen by an ER but it will come in handy the next time I want to checky own levels. If I was to need other types of testing I would definitely come here first to see if you have what I need.

Outstanding Customer Support
Christian in Customer Support was extremely helpful in resolving a challenge I had registering my tests. When our initial efforts did not resolve the issue, Christian said "Email me your info and I'll register the tests myself on this end so you can move forward." Can't ask for more than that. Greatful!!
