I recently purchased a USB Video capturing card from GetUSCart with order No.320079,Tracking.80045841724,Order date.28.06.2026.I ordered a UCEC RCA video capturing card instead you have send me cheaper USB Video capturing which available in local market for Rs.500.I have a great respect for your company but my recent purchase from you company has shattred my confidence on your company.So kindly return my amount to my Bank at the earliest.Thank you.

Delivery was one day ahead

I strongly advise against purchasing from GetUSCart. My experience was extremely disappointing, both with the product and the service.

I paid ₹5600 for a perfume, but when the package arrived, the box was labeled “COD ₹2790.” This was shocking, especially since the website clearly stated that all taxes were included at the time of purchase. This discrepancy feels deceptive, and to make matters worse, the product itself was of very poor quality.

Overall, I consider this a case of misleading pricing and substandard products.

They didn't inform me about the huge import tax earlier.

I never received the ptoduct. The courier delhivery never delivered. They sent me a message to pay inport duty 55%. Still they did not deliver.
