I recently purchased the plus in uvlizer and hadn’t noticed any difference in my allergies. Last night I woke up coughing and the plus itself had smoke coming out of it and burnt my wall. I just wanted to make everyone aware this has happened as the outcome could have been much worse if I hadn’t woke up and noticed this.

Dont waste your time and money!!!
Doesnt doo anything, waited weeks for it to arrive. Still waiting for a response from them for a full refund

I purchased 3 units a fee months ago and one quit working i contacted customer service and they immediately replaced it.

I put this in our bedrooms and it was amazing. My nose was running all day long and after the unit sanitized my room no more. I couldn’t believe it. My wife also commented on the improvement in air quality in every room it was used. Very happy.

I live in place where winter is several months long in which we cannot open windows for fresh air. The UVlight definitely leaves a room smelling outdoor fresh. I watched the educational videos and followed instructions. There is less mold on the window sill! I am not reacting to allergens much at all. Very happy.

i like the fact that you can turn the unit on at its base or with the remote. It cleared up the musty odors as well as dog odors leaving the air cleaner. What I'm not liking is that I can't get a unit to last more than 6 months. I've tried all the fixes but end up getting a new unit that is not lasting even 6 months. I have tried other brands but I prefer Uvlizer. S. Thomas

It does perform what it portends it to do. Only lasted a few months as I moved it from room to room. BUT, then is clicked like was comin on, that is all it did. I emailed the company asking what to do, what options I had.
No reply, which is disappointing. I'd like to get another but am now skeptical the next will work longer...

The company was great in resolving my return. The equipment was great just not a good fit for us.

1. Took an absolute age to arrive
2. Ordered 2 for UK usage, received 2 for continental usage with ONE very flimsy multi adapter, so if I was stupid enough to trust this third world adapter how am I to use the second one?
3. IF and I repeat IF these things work I’ll never know but if the adapter is any measure of quality I don’t hold out any hope.

Don’t do it! I bought four of these. Three of them stopped working within a few months. I contacted the company several times via email, which is no response. They don’t have a phone, they don’t respond to inquiries on social media. This is a scam.

Hello, I purchased the 3 plus 2 free package. Gave 1 to 2 nephews…They are super amazed by this device.
Both have kids and dogs/cats…put this machine in a stinky room and BOOM open the door and it smells like fresh laundry off the clothes line…they also put in their vehicles…removed the smell of cigarettes and dogs…I put mine in the room where cat did a fresh #2 and closed the door…open the door and SMELL GONE…this device is the BEST as it also breaks down dust and spiders or insects you have in the house…also experimenting with doing the kids room to stop the spread of Cold and Flu…still exploring but its a 20 out of 10 at the moment…Thanks

I really noticed the change in the air quality and will continue to refresh my bedrooms, washrooms and computer rooms often. I would love to do my whole house but the living room and kitchen have so many plants and I live in a mobile…it’s an impossible room with the open concept…can’t section it off for any length of time.

I bought 3 of these units about a year ago. After using 2 of them 4 times they quit working. I contacted support and to my surprise they replaced the 2 bad units. I received outstanding customer service for this issue. I do hope my 3rd unit does not fail. I gave that one to my daughter and it has only been used once so far.

The people at Uvlizer have been very supportive and helpful in getting up to speed with their anti-mold lamp. It has worked well and when the bulb burned out, they sent me a new one without charge. Very pleased with the product and service!

I have not received my order they are saying it's lost I have requested cancellation and refund think I've been scammed I placed the order October

When my unit continued blinking, I emailed you and sent photos. Very efficiently and quickly, you sent me another replacement unit. This is a good company to buy from and do business with; I will do so in the future. Thanks.

bought 7 uvlizer units and everyone went bad within 2 months!!! reached out to them and they were very unhelpful. just kept going back and forth with no real help! never received any replacements!! definitely wouldn't recommend these units!!!!!

I bought 3 a little over a year ago. I loved them when I first used them but didn't use them that often. But when I recently tried to use the 2, I have, both of them wouldn't turn on and just beeps.
the company has no listed phone number, so I emailed customer service told me to take a video which i did. Brian told me they were over a year old and no longer under warranty. They told me They would give me a discount. So, I agreed and paid for my invoice because I couldn't do it online. For some reason it wouldn't send to my address. The company confirmed it was being sent. Then I was emailed and said it was cancelled and money was refunded to me. No reason was given for canceling order. The one I gave my brother also stopped working. Not happy with this company!

I was contacted immediately. They requested I submit a video. I did but they couldn't review it but sent me instruction on how to forward the video so that they can review the issue. I had a power outage, and the machine began to make a noise. They also attempted to troubleshoot. I didn't get back to them, but they followed up to inquire about the status two times. I was impressed with the follow up and level of service they provided was outstanding. Thank you for your 5-star customer service.
