Amazing flavors

At first
I was telling myself that GFuel is like any other energy drink, nothing special, but when I tasted 1 flavor I was like OKAY WOW
and then I started to realize OKAY THAT'S MY NEW DRINK and I am happy to try other flavors as well

Great flavours good product.

Great I love the flavours they allways arrive packaged perfectly every time not a single bad flavour. Only complaint is the extortionate delivery prices I pay to get it shipped in the uk

5–7 Business Days, 3+ Weeks Later

I placed a BOGO order on May 18 with a listed shipping method of "Standard 5-7 business days." Weeks later, my order was still delayed. While I understand that promotions can create higher order volume, the lack of communication and customer support has been unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the compensation offered for the delay was a code for a single shaker cup that still required me to pay shipping. The shaker was also close to selling out, meaning the compensation could become useless before I even had a chance to redeem it. Asking customers to spend more money because of a delay caused by your own fulfillment issues is not a meaningful solution.

I emailed customer support explaining my concerns and received no response for over a week. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. It feels like nearly every order I place with G FUEL ends up having some sort of shipping, inventory, or fulfillment problem.

Order dertroyed = No refund?

Absolutely terrible experience. My order (GF7469932) arrived completely smashed. The Bendy collector's box was crushed and the powder was spilling everywhere inside the package.
I contacted support, but because I paid for that extra shipping insurance they offer, they only gave me a partial refund. They actually refused to refund the original shipping costs! Why on earth should I pay for shipping when the item arrives broken and completely unusable?
Customer service just washes their hands, blames the insurance company, and stops caring. Your contract is with me, not the insurance. If you send a broken item, you refund the whole thing, including shipping.
Don't buy from them, especially if you are an international customer. If they refund the rest of my money, I'll update this review. Until then, 1 star.

10 days, no shipping of my order, zero customer service

I have ordered Gfuel many times and am generally a fan of their product. With that said, I am on day 11 of waiting for my order to be shipped, and there does not seem to be a way to contact anyone from this company to find out what is going on. Not being able to chat or send a direct email is pretty wild, I guess these guys figure customer service is optional.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the GFUEL affiliate program.

Before promoting their products, I contacted their team in advance regarding acceptable promotional methods and proceeded based on the guidance provided to me at that time. I invested significant time, effort, and personal money into legitimate promotional activities to help bring customers to the brand.

After generating commissions, the system/dashboard showed the payments as processed or transferred, and I was even contacted to provide payment details. However, I never actually received the funds. Months later, I was informed that my account had been terminated and the commissions were forfeited.

I understand companies have the right to enforce policies, but affiliates also deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment — especially after investing real work and costs into promoting a brand in good faith.

I preorder back in 2022 dead space bundle got shipped to the wrong address i send multiple emails to gfuel they dont respond to your emails they only send one message talk to the delivery driver i talk to them they said they cant do refund talk to the company i bought it from gfuel i cant get a refund Gfuel have to be one of the worst company out there they dont give you refunds im giving it a one star thank you for scamming me im never buying gfuel again

Great company with some customer service issues.

While I love the products and goods y'all are selling I do have a few qualms and issues. The first being how fast it takes to process and order, while I understand the man power behind producing these kinds of products (being a sales person myself) it's always a battle to keep the customer informed, more communication is appreciated, more emails, more updates, just so I know something is happening. I bought a hat from y'all a few orders ago and it's still coming up as "waiting for details" just tell me what's happening please. Other than that y'all are fantastic, even stuff that's brand new y'all supply in a decent time frame. Thanks for all the work ya put in, and all in all just be more communicative. Thanks again!

Ordered in September a pre-order item, took till April after numerous contacting to say "out of stock, refunded"

Really bad customer support and service. Switching elsewhere after years of gfuel.

THIS COMPANY WILL HIJACK YOUR MONEY...BEWARE!

Where do I start with this company and the experience I had with them? As an older single, physically disabled guy who was looking for a drink option without many calories and/or sugar, I began a monthly subscription with them that I kept active for quite some time. Then, when I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a heart issue and warned to stay away from unnecessary caffeine, I decided to switch from their "energy formula" to their "hydration formula" instead, but was somewhat disappointed to find they were completely out of ANY of the hydration tubs. As a result, I reached out and placed my subscription "on hold" until the tubs of what I needed were available, a setup that worked out well for a few months. Then one day, I came across an email from them saying my "order" had been charged to my debit card and was being prepped for shipping. So, I contacted them and they were able to cancel the order, issued a refund, and was TOLD my account "hold" would be reinstated and, once again, I wouldn't receive anymore orders until I changed that. Satisfied that it was a one-time mistake, I was satisfied with their response. The very next month, I was once again charged for an order I did NOT place and, because I don't check my email as regularly as I used to, the product was actually shipped to my home which is something I wasn't aware of until it showed up in my mailbox. Once again, I reached out to say I hadn't placed ANY order nor had I changed the status of my account. I got a response apologizing for their mistake and that the refund situation would be escalated "to a human agent to handle the charge that went through". Four days later, I received yet another email that took a VERY different stance than what I had been told, saying I'd be responsible for the charge and that I'd be responsible for returning it if I wanted my money back...a business practice I'd consider more something like "hijacking" than "consumerism". While I understand that this may not sound like much to ask to some people, because I'm physically disabled AND because I've recently been made to act as a "full-time caregiver" for my elderly disabled mother after her stroke, few will comprehend just how much more difficult it is for me...nor do I feel I should be responsible for doing so. If I began a business where I just took the liberty of charging my "customers" for my products and shipped it to them, without ANY participation or actions on their part, and then I made THEM responsible for returning it should they actually want their money back, I wouldn't be in business very long and would probably be considered more of a "pitate" than anything else. So, I WILL take the initiative to return a product that, not ONLY did I NOT order, but I had specifically requested NOT be sent to me until I made some sort of change on multiple separate occasions and, quite frankly, it WILL be the very LAST product I ever purchase from them...as I informed them that they could remove the "hold" on my account that had been SO VERY effective and that they could go ahead and close my account permanently instead. I'll find an alternative that won't require my "babysitting" and constant supervision in order to be assured I won't be charged for items I never ordered or wanted to begin with. Thanks G Fuel!

1 month to ship an order

Ordered an item on December 17th. Come middle of January, they still haven’t shipped it. I request a refund. They finally decide to ship my product after I requested my refund, and won’t give me my money back. F***ing joke of a company.

Review about them as a company

This review is not about the product, but about G-fuel as a company.

It's been a month and they still have not shipped my order, it's not even an oversea shipping, it's within US.
Their support was always poor and took days to answer, now it got completely replaced by an AI.
I wrote to them 3 times in total and every time an AI answers to me, swearing to call the human support, but said human support never got back to me. I wonder if they exist at all.

Such delays and non-existing customer support is honestly amazing for such a big company.
