Updated my review as I did receive the order.

My fiance ordered excited for the 2 hour delivery. Almost 4 hours and 2 emails (that were not responded to) and still nothing. Very unprofessional for a supposed established buisness. Will not be ordering again.

Everytime I get same day delivery, the quality of the product is amazing, and there's always a little freebie in there for me 😊

It's been 7 days since my payment was accepted and I still have not received my package. My emails asking for an eta on my package gave got zero response.

Order took a little long to arrive and getting ahold of them wasn't as easy as I'd hoped, but once I posted here someone go in touch and I was well taken care of. Order arrived (it was Canada Post's fault but I didn't receive an email saying it had shipped so I thought it was a lost cause) and I'm happy with my products. Will be ordering again!

As a daily smoker, honestly it’s hard to find good bud in Calgary that will actually get me high for a good price, one hoot of the purple god and I was cooked. There was a huge selection of bud and lots of other stuff (I only really looked for bud) Not only was the quality and price good but they were super fast with delivery and very polite. I got a free joint and a sweet sticker haha. Best online service I’ve used so far. My new go to!!!

I made a large purchase at 11 in the morning Nov. 17th and never received product. I've emailed the contacts and accounts associated with the site numerous times throughout the day. Payment was accepted, but no confirmation email sent or updates on delivery. Six hours later and still no product. This is ridiculous.

I had excellent service, the lady was very pleasant to me on here, and I got great delivery.

I was notified when the driver was on its way, and when package was discreetly left in mailbox, so I could quickly pick it up from mailbox, safely and securely!

Delivery took about 7 days which is fine, but the product was looked really good, and it even came with with a little goodie. so with that said I am very pleased and would recommend.

Definitely recommend. Ever since coming across them, they've been my go to supplier. Always quick delivery and a pleasure to deal with! The extra little stickers and things they include with their packaging is an awesome bonus!

2020-10-23 I sent their service dept. 4 emails throughout the day requesting them to add a Vancouver shipping address to my order. To date there has been no reply. Be advised if you decide to add another item to your order it will delete your alternate shipping address and you will need to enter it again before completing the order. In addition there is no place on the website to log into your account to make changes on your own. The only email I received was the order confirmation and that my order will now be shipped to Langley via snail mail. The order was originally intended to be delivered to my 92-year- old mothers' home in Vancouver to help alleviate the pain in her broken arm.

Update!
The service dept. has now responded and expedited the delivery to my mother. Taki Taki completed the delivery within minutes. Thank You!

The service is great, and if there's a problem a detailed explanation to the "Contact Us" link got my issue rectified. And I was given an extra little treat in the bag with my order ! The variety of products is above average, and the quality has been good. I'm a return customer !

I looked at the website 3 days ago and saw lots of different edibles for sale , I looked today and they have 2 types of gummies and thats all?..Did I dream the other selections?
