Defective Sneakers!
I purchased some Ballstars about 6 months ago. At first they were great! I have only worn them about 10 times for short periods of time. Last time I wore them I noticed that one of the sneakers was ripping on the top left and right side of the shoe. I contacted ggoose.org via their support email because that is the only way you can get a hold of them. I sent pictures and explained the issue. ‘John Smith’ stated that it was normal wear and tear and they could not do anything about it So, I contacted a original Golden Goose store. Explained to them what happened and sent them the same pictures. They said it was a defective sneaker and I should mail it back to the original seller to get a replacement. They said if I would have bought them at their Golden Goose store, that’s what they would have done. I explained this to ggoose.org and they still said they could not do anything about it. That it was past the 30 day return/exchange period. I told them they sold me a defective shoe and would like to speak to a manager. They said they can’t call me. I told them to have a manager email me. I have yet to be contacted by a manager about this. I don’t know how they sell these sneakers at such a discounted rate. I am beginning to think that they get the defective shoes from other stores and that’s how they can sell them at a cheaper price. However they don’t advertise that their shoes are defective so I would be very cautious in buying from them. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I won’t be buying from them again. Lousy customer service and defective sneakers.

We understand your concern regarding the wear you described, but based on the photos previously reviewed by our support team, the condition appeared consistent with normal wear after several months of use.
As stated in our policy, returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, which allows us to properly verify product condition and eligibility. Because the purchase was made approximately six months ago, it unfortunately falls outside the return or replacement window.
