Professional and timely

The whole process was carried out in a timely and professional manner with the results presented in a comprehensive and easy to understand format. My GP was then able to proceed with arranging the necessary treatment schedule by following Dr Jafari's instructions.
Dr Jafari was also there to help when one of the drugs needed for the treatment was unavailable in my country and suggested an alternative together with the dose regime.

Dr Jafar is a very intelligent, friendly, polite and knowledgeable professional.
I had been suffering very badly with my complex health problems related to gut-brain interaction disorder from past 8 years. I met several other doctors in different countries but never got the correct treatment. Everyone tried to treat only symptoms not the root cause. That approach made my symptoms worse. I had lost about 20kgs of my body weight and severe symptoms were intolerable. I had lost all my hopes to recovery.

Dr Jafar is the only doctor I have ever met who was able to diagnose and provide the right answers to all my symptoms. Dr Jafar listened attentively to all my problems and put together a long term treatment plan to cure the roots of my symptoms. Following a successful treatment I started to gain weight and all my symptoms are relieved. Coming back to normal life is like a dream come true for me. Thank you so much Dr Jafar, I will be always grateful to you...!!!

I’ve reviewed before and wanted to review again.

5 star service yet again. Their turn around time is 36 hours. They managed it in what must have been 12 as I know roughly when the postage was meant to be delivered.

Absolutely incredible. They’re not the cheapest test provider and don’t claim to be. But they ARE the best !!! Wonderful personal service.
