Ordered a nice wine/biscuit basket end…
Ordered a nice wine/biscuit basket end Nov for delivery in Germany Dec 12th. On the 17th I opened a support ticket. After 4 days of no response, I opened another. After 2 days of no response i used their Support portal function to send an email - a few days later someone responded "Please give us more time." I responded asking, 'give me a status.' Is it out of stock, has it shipped, is there a planned ship date - no response. These guys are thieves -$250 that I now need to elicit help from my CC company to recover.
