Delivery issue …
The box and all the items packed arrived beautifully.
How ever the delivery service you used was absolutely terrible, I understand there were ferry problems, I ordered on 6th of July and it didn't arrive until I called 13th July, I would strongly urge using a different delivery company.

Thank you for your feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your gift box arrived beautifully presented and that everything inside was packed well.
We're very sorry for the delay in delivery and completely understand how frustrating that would have been. Unfortunately, the disruption wasn't specific to the courier company itself but affected all parcels travelling through the inter-island road freight network. During this period, we were advised that major flooding across the South Island, along with ferry delays and cancellations, caused significant linehaul disruptions. As a result, standard road freight experienced delays while the network worked through the backlog.
While we understand the suggestion to use a different courier, changing providers wouldn't have avoided these delays, as all courier companies relying on the same ferry network were impacted. We do offer an Express delivery option, which travels by air where possible and was not affected by the ferry cancellations.
We truly appreciate your patience during what was an exceptional situation, and we're glad your gift box arrived safely in the end. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

We wanted a gift box as a surprise for newly weds when they checked into their hotel. The gift box I ordered was perfect - beautifully packaged and the contents were great.

Delivery timeframe could have been better
The actual giftbox was great. The time it took to arrive could have been better. It took 3 business days to arrive and we had hoped it would arrive within 24 to 48 hours

We're sorry to hear the delivery timing didn't quite meet your expectations. Looking into your order, it was placed at 4:50pm on 29th June, which was after our 3:00pm same day dispatch cut off, so it was dispatched on 30th June. We recommend allowing 1–2 business days for delivery following dispatch, and your parcel was delivered on 2nd July, which was within our advertised delivery timeframe.
We completely understand that when sending a gift, you'd always hope it arrives as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your feedback.
