Giftoo provide the worst service. I place order one week ago and still I am not receiving my order yet. They mention on 24th August and today is 26th . Worst delivery. 0 star rating is not available otherwise I will have it to Giftoo. Never purchase from giftoo. I am the new customer but this is my last order from giftoo.

Order promised to be delivered on 30th of may. Still it has not been delivered and they are not even responding to calls, messages and mails. I am repenting having ordered from giftoo, because my kids birthday is tomorrow and I still dont know whether I will receive my shipment. N last moment I have to go hunting for return gifts from elsewhere. Pls beware

We had an excellent experience with Giftoo. The experience has been great - right from their easy and simple portal, ease of placing the order, before expected time delivery and interaction with their team.
Will definitely recommend Giftoo to other parents, like us, who find the experience of shopping for return gifts in the crowded markets a hassle. This experience was fun with all in the family involved including the Birthday boy deciding what he wanted for his friends as part of the Goody Bag.

Delivery was received very late after much follow up... Ordered gifts above 2k on 25th February and received on 2nd March
And above that one piggy bank was broken
