I had to request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. It was done really quickly with no fuss. Amy was very helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience with Gigantic Tickets customer service.
I needed to arrange accessible seating after purchasing standard tickets, and the team was very helpful throughout the process. In particular, Gemma provided clear guidance and ensured that my refund was handled quickly and smoothly once I secured new tickets through the venue.

An excellent customer service experience with Gigantic tickets for me today. In particular my customer service agent, Gemma, who genuinely empathised with my situation and worked to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
Automated on line ordering is great and efficient, but if a customer makes a mistake in the process it is always best resolved with the help of a great service rep.
That was my situation and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Dodgy company - poor refund policy
Be aware of this company and the suspicious positive reviews. I purchased two tickets to see Greg James and not able to attend due to medical reasons, even though I purchased the 'refund option' upon check-out.
A refund was refused because I did not share very personal medical information. This does not seem ethical - they're quick to take money and the 'refund option' money and do not offer a refund option!
Rude customer service from 'Amy' on email, and no phone number to call to speak with them.

No refunds for change of mind.
Please be careful with their refund policy. I bought a ticket for Chelsea - Blue event by paying additional £7 for the refund. But then to see, we can’t ask for a refund if we change our mind. It was the 8th of April 2026 and the concert is on the 11th of June 2026. 2 months ahead. But still they don’t want to give the refund for a change of mind. Wouldn’t buy tickets from them going forwards.

Company basically refused to give me a refund, after they refunded without asking i might add to a none existent bank account that I no longer have access to or even know what bank it was. They then say it will get returned when the bank returns it which is utter cobblers. They willingly and happily took the money, all I want is my money back in a suitable way but no, far to difficult for these corporate thieves to handle
