We are so sorry to hear you were struggling with our old formula! It contained a potent, patented form of selenium which was amazing for hormonal health but some people were sensitive to the flavour profile it gave – we have no changed this!

We're really sorry to hear that the blend is causing you issues.

Since you're experiencing stomach discomfort, it's really important to take it with or after a meal, as the bio-active zinc can sometimes be a bit tough on an empty stomach. After dinner might be a good time, since that's usually a larger meal and your stomach has been lined with food throughout the day!

If you'd like to give it another go, you might want to start slowly when reintroducing it to your routine. Perhaps begin with a smaller half dose to allow your system some time to adjust. You could also mix it in with a smoothie or juice, which may be gentler on your stomach!

Other customers have mentioned they like mixing the blend with juice, cordial or even sparkling water. Those could be other options to explore! The blend is perfectly fine to mix with other liquids, just be sure not to heat it, as that can harm the nutrients.

It’s really important to take Gigi with or after a meal, as we use bioactive ingredients like Zinc which can be harsh on an empty tummy. We often recommend having it in the evening after dinner, since this is typically the largest meal of the day and your stomach has been fully lined with food throughout the day!
