I wanted a wedding set with a unique look. I found the perfect set on Giliarto. I was very nervous ordering from some site I'd never heard of. My set arrived on time & fit perfectly & is just what I wanted. I do recommend then. Just knife that if you order something with a rhodium finish it does wear off.

I was looking at rings, I asked for an edit of one alexandrite ring I really liked. Got an answer pretty quickly with my edit and was very happy. When going to check back the site only 2 hours later I see the price increased from 839€ to 1271. Still trusting the seller I asked if price jumps were to be expected, which could be resonable for some businesses due to demand and such but 400€ is a lot even for rings and made it less affordable for me. At first they told me “gold price adjustments” which didn’t make much sense, since the other six rings I was interested in were still priced the same and were also made of gold. So I asked further, maybe a little pressingly, because i couldn’t understand how gold (which at the time is actually losing value slightly if anything) could make just one ring go up in price, and once again if this was a common occurrence. They replied “Prices may be adjusted accordingly for inflation and gold prices. Kindly note” which once again did not explain why only one ring out of all the ones I was keeping an eye on went up in price. When asked again the reply was “The price was incorrect. Kindly note.” I believe that is completely unacceptable, especially since the price changed only two hours after the ring was humanly reviewed to help me out. Prices should not change randomly with no explanation, especially with such huge differences and without warning the customer. I dont recommend buying from someone that does not value the customer’s money like this.

I purchased a ring from this company in 2021 via Etsy made of tungsten and abalone, or at least that's what it was supposed to be. Not three years after I received it with light wear, it started cracking. The company would do absolutely nothing to help. And now a piece has broken off showing that the majority of the ring is actually GLASS! Not what I paid for at all. Poor quality that does not hold up over time.
