Just returned from another holiday arranged by Ginge Tours and, as always, it was superbly organised by Geoff and Jo.
Geoff managed to save us a considerable amount using his Emergency Services pledge ... so much so that we were able to book transfers and the airport lounge and still not pay what TUI were asking ...
We have used Ginge Tours on numerous occasions now and can't thank or praise them enough. All details regularly updated on the Trip Plans App and they even checked in with us half way through the holiday to make sure all was ok ....

This was our third holiday booked through Ginge Tours, the service provided by Geoff and Jo was superb, knowledgeable and personal.
We wanted to do a Norwegian Fjords cruise from Southampton, Geoff found the perfect deal, giving us options and advising g on the right deal to suit our needs.
Communication was spot on with helpful reminders to check we had updated all our details at the right time.
Highly recommend giving this company a call for any holiday / travel plans you have.

I cannot praise Ginge Tours enough. This is the second time we have used Geoff and Jo and their service is exceptional. We went to Barbados in Sept and everything was fantastic. This time we apprehensively went on our first cruise. Geoffs advice as to which company would be right for us and our needs was great and spot on. He also recommended a hotel in Rome 2 days before we sailed which was fantastic, great location and a tranquil place to stay amid the tourist places in Rome. Ginge tours organised everything, flight, private transfers from airport to hotel to Port. The app they use is brilliant, easy to use and so straight forward. Their attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge is fantastic and they are always on the end of the phone or email. Thank you so much for making everything run smoothly, hopefully we will be booking another holiday with you very soon. 😎

This is our second booking to Spain with Ginge Tours as a group.
As before everything from the start of the booking to returning home went smoothly.
The price Geoff quoted for a Jet2 package holiday was very competitive as cheaper than Jet2 themselves.
Geoff and Jo respond quickly , and using the Trip Plans app was very easy and informative .

Just back from a last minute getaway to Tunisia, again booked easily and faultlessly using Ginge Tours.
This was our 3rd trip booked via Geoff and Joanne, and we’ve already booked a 4th. They always seem to save us money, whilst giving us everything we asked for.

Absolutely fantastic service. Knowledge of the areas is second to none.
Arranged a city break to Rome - perfect hotel location day one 25k steps to many of the sites.
The taxi that was part of the package, again perfect you get sent a link to let driver know you have arrived, driver texts you as well.
The Koble hotel is the perfect location and when you check the web site the phots do not do it justice, it’s even better.
Staff fantastic and helpful as well.

We are having a fantastic time and will definitely book again and be recommending Ginge to many many more people.

Well yet again Ginge Tours provided the perfect holiday where everything was sorted for us. Flight, transfer, hotel and offers for excursions provided. We chose a straightforward Jet 2 holiday package to Lanzarote. They were able to beat the price that I could get direct with Jet 2. Great news!

There app informed me our flights were going to be delayed, 30 minutes before we were formally informed. Not the news we wanted but good service.

Faultless service from beginning to end, great communication, and always available for advice. We booked a Safari to Kenya and a beach holiday in Zanzibar. Both were perfect with well-organized and timely transfers from the airport to the game reserve and then on to Zanzibar, I would highly recommend Ginege Tours

We wanted to join some friends in Tenerife for 10 days. We had a very specific time frame, hotel and we wanted to fly from Norwich. Ginge tours worked hard to get us the right package together to match our friends itinerary and ticked every box on our wish list. I cannot recommend Ginge tours highly enough. Their presentation of the itinerary, with all relevant documents in folders to print out made it all incredibly simple. Ginge tours has arranged our next trip and we have complete confidence that it will be another great holiday. We are spreading the word and recommending to all our friends and family!

Just brilliant. When I rang Ginge tours I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to achieve, namely dates and countries! With gentle support and encouragement with one to one consultation as frequently as I needed, the holiday of a lifetime was produced, and more!

A complex wish list seemed to be no trouble for Geoff and Joanne, and using their personal experience and knowledge I felt in full control of decisions, and the hard work they put in behind the scenes resulted in a superb itinerary that perfectly matched the brief, and not a single thing went wrong or needed adjusting.

The value for money was surprising; I have no idea how they kept the costs down so low!

We contacted Ginge Tours when we were considering a cruise. We are so glad we did. Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end. Ginge Tours got it just right for us. They recommended the right company ‘Celebrity’ and the right destination’s ‘Mediterranean’ for our first adventure at sea. They took onboard our concerns about sea sickness and booked us a stateroom ‘Midships’. The contact with Geoff and Jo was amazing throughout and even on a late Saturday afternoon. Geoff was on hand to speedily resolve a minor issue when it became apparent that Celebrity had not recorded the flight booking reference number for our return flights which meant we could not ‘Check In’ on line. Geoff reviewed all the documents and found the missing reference number. You won’t get that level of personal service and customer care on the high street. We have already booked another holiday using Ginge Tours.

Booking process is very easy, communications throughout the process was excellent and if you have any questions, the response was very quick.
We have used Ginge Tours on several occasions and have recommended them to family and friends.

From the point of first contact, responses were quick and informative. I laid out quite limited parameters of the break I was looking for, but Geoff was brilliant in making recommendations. Contact was not at all overbearing, but the messages wishing us a great trip etc were a lovely touch. Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone else.

We asked for Northern Lights, Huskies and Whales, we got the lot. Whilst realising some of our requests were subject to Mother Nature the service and expertise shown by the respective guide/ operators was second to none. (Northern Soul Adventures in particular)
With Geoff, Jo and the Vamoos app only a click away it was like having a personal concierge

Excellent service from Geoff and Jo from start to finish. They managed to source the holiday we wanted, Vietnam and Cambodia, hotels we requested and all transfers. When we did hit a problem, missing a flight because we were stuck on an island due to high winds and no ferry running, it was quickly sorted with the flight being rescheduled for the following day and an overnight stay in a very nice hotel. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday with excellent service.
