When my Octagon lamp took a tumble…
When my Octagon lamp took a tumble recently and ceased to work, I contacted Ginko Design. I received incredibly helpful initial advice, and when that was unsuccessful, an offer of replacement. As they were based in the UK (the other side of the world) from home in Australia, this exceeded all expectations. I received great communications from Michael and colleagues who followed-up the next day. Ginko Design - beautiful products plus amazing after-sales experience!

Order still not delivered after 2 months
I placed an order for The Edge Light Alarm Clock (pink) on June 7th and received an email confirming that the order was being processed. However, it has now been two months and I have still not received the order (13437).
I have sent Gingko three emails requesting an update but have not received any response.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm the shipment status of my order as soon as possible. If the order cannot be fulfilled, please process a refund.
