They keep changing their name die to bad reviews! This was vivikicks, then Giovarno, noe Gioverro kicks. I literally never got my product. A million emails, ghosted me and kept my money.

Fake shoes.... Soles breaking after 2 months...contacted support by messenger/email no answer what so ever.

SCAM! I brought Gucci Gazelles, they are not authentic! They stink so toxic like super glue I had to put them in my garage. I have tried contacting them several times now without a response. My "authentic" Gucci's came from China in no box. It took over a month to arrive. They are not even authentic Gazelles!

I received an incorrect size in my order, with a 41.5 being shipped instead of the ordered 41. Furthermore, the received item does not match the product description, including a discrepancy in color. Following my inquiry to customer service regarding the return on December 29, 2025, it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a response. I would advise against making purchases from this site, as it appears to be unreliable.

Pathetic ! Non-existent customer service. No response regarding my return request, even though returns are limited to 7 days. They clearly state that without their approval, the return cannot be accepted

I have sent numerous msg/emails, all of which seemed to be ignored.
Unless I hear something soon or my order is delivered soon, I will have no choice but to request a ‘charge back refund’ from my card on which I made the purchase. I didn’t want to believe this was a scam but I now have my suspicions

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and both of them does not look what they are selling. I reached out to them several times to process return of the items but they dont respond. I tried ringing the phone number on their website, it keeps ringing, then goes straight to voicemail, nobody answers the phone, so much for their 24/7 customer service! when they finally responded to my email they tell me that they do not accept "physical" returns and they can only offer me 50% coupon to purchase the right design of the shoes that I want! Are you kidding me?! It stated in your website that you can do exchanges/RETURNS within 30 days from the day the buyer received it providing that its unworn and now you are telling me you dont do physical returns!! What a load of BS company! They are misleading and a fraud. I want my money back and never ever buy on this website everrrrr!!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! If I could score no stars I would! I ordered trainers which are fakes as the sizing are completely out? I tried to return my bought trainers via email to have a response they do not accept returns or exchanges!!! Given the fact their site states a 30 days money back guarantee with easy returns!!! This is fake, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!!🤬🤬 They block you on FB if you leave a negative comment & blank your emails!! I will be reporting them to TRADING STANDARDS!!!
