I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mr. Giuseppe di Taranto. As an MtF Trans individual, I hope my story can help others in a similar situation who are searching for a skilled surgeon. Mr. Di Taranto has been truly wonderful and supportive throughout the entire process. He’s always checked in on the progress of my breasts through emails, phone calls, and even met me at another clinic when I had concerns. His ongoing support and reassurance made a big difference. Plus, I couldn't be happier with my results; my breasts look natural and full, and they’ve brought me so much happiness. His work with trans individuals is second to none.

I am so glad I picked Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto to be my surgeon. I don't have a single bad thing to say about him, his team, or the Cadogan Clinic. From the very first consultation, I felt understood, respected, and supported. Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto listened to my goals and thoroughly explained the procedure, recovery process, and what to expect.

As a young person looking into private healthcare for the first time, I had a lot of questions. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, patient and understanding, and was able to promptly answer every question I had. At no point did I feel silly asking what was probably very obvious questions; he always answered with professionalism and kindness.

Additionally, Dr Di Taranto was very understanding of the fact that I had to travel a long distance for my appointments. He was happy to accommodate this by offering the option of online appointments where possible, and by adjusting my appointment time when my train was delayed due to weather conditions.

Every step of the process — from pre-op preparation to post-op care — was handled with the utmost professionalism and compassion. The whole experience was very human; it seemed like the team actually cared about me, they took things slow and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I always felt in complete control.

The recovery was smooth too, and I felt supported throughout. Again, Giuseppe was quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had.

The surgical outcome has truly exceeded my expectations. At just 3 months post op, my results are more amazing than I could have ever hoped for. Most people can't tell that I even had surgery, which is just as affirming as the aesthetics of results themselves.

It is clear to me that Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto is not just a phenomenal surgeon; he is passionate about his work, and he seems genuinely invested in helping his patients achieve their dream results.

From the moment I found Giuseppe his communication was fantastic. It was simple and easy to arrange an initial consultation with good availability.

Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto put me at ease straight away with his kind nature, he always listened carefully, answered all my questions and was very thorough and informative. There was no pressure put on you at the initial consultation to make a decision but once you had, the rest of the process was very straightforward. The clinic gave you all the information you need and Giuseppe is only ever an email away if you have any questions whatsoever.

On the actual day of the operation things are ran extremely well and everything was very prompt and on time. All the staff are really friendly and make you feel really comfortable when you are feeling nervous.

The whole process was super manageable and easy; my results really are incredible! I couldn’t be happier and my life will forever be changed for the better. I couldn’t thank or recommend Giuseppe and the Cadogan clinic enough!

Almost 2 years post-op and I truly can’t say enough good things about Giuseppe and the experience I had with my top surgery. From the very first consultation, he was warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. He made me feel completely at ease — like I was in safe, compassionate hands. Every question I had (and I had a lot!) was met with patience and clarity, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed.

I was originally referred to Dr. Di Taranto via LTC but contacted him to continue my care route privately after LTC disbanded. The whole process was easy and much faster than I anticipated, but with a level of care and patience that made me feel very safe and at ease through the whole process.

Communication throughout was excellent, which was especially reassuring as a patient travelling from outside the UK mainland. From the start of the process to the day of surgery, Mr. Di Taranto was easily reachable and very fast to respond to queries. Everything was explained clearly and I felt heard and understood at every step.

On the day, I felt very well taken care of by all staff at the Cadogan Clinic and the process was very smooth, as were the follow-up appointments.

I am currently about nine weeks post-op from double incision top surgery and am overwhelmed by the results. My quality of life has hugely improved, as has my confidence, and my dysphoria has all but disappeared. The healing process has been very smooth and almost completely painless!

I couldn't recommend Giuseppe highly enough; choosing to continue my surgical route with him was the best decision I could have made. I am hugely grateful for his skills, time, care and patience.

Starting my journey of finding a surgeon, I was having a lot of anxiety about surgery, from my very first consultation with Giuseppe, he instantly made me feel so reassured and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my experience from start to finish, he made my whole experience very smooth sailing. The communication throught was absolutely exceptional, even with the questions i had that felt very silly, he took seriously and answered them all professionally & promptly.

I had DI with free nipple grafts on my B cup chest, with Giuseppe Di Taranto at the Cadagan Clinic in London.

I was initially influenced by Giuseppe’s excellent surgery outcomes I found online, but having gone through the whole process with Giuseppe, I can say the whole of his care is nothing short of exceptional.

His communication throughout the process - both verbal and written - easily exceeded my expectations. I would always get a swift reply to any question, and he very clearly guided me through the whole process, from the initial consultation to my 5 month check up. I found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout.

At the initial consultation he was respectful and patient, answering all of my questions and concerns, and there was zero pressure to go ahead with the quote he sent me following our meeting.

Due to the way my work was scheduled, I had a tight timeframe where it was ideal for me to have the surgery, and he not only accommodated my request, but put me in touch with a gender dysphoria specialist, to get the necessary gender incongruence diagnosis for Top Surgery so I had the green light in time to go ahead with my surgery.

On my surgery day, we discussed my requests again; I wanted my incision/scars to follow the contour of my pectoral muscles to give a masculine appearance, and my nipples were to be reduced via the free nipple graft. I felt confident that he would give me the results I needed so felt assured walking into the operating theatre.

After my operation the communication was exceptional: he phoned me the day after my operation, and any queries or questions were answered very promptly (even late at night on the weekend) so I felt in very safe hands. I found out that he had removed 1.2kg of tissue from my chest. I had foam padding wrapped round my core/chest region, then a binder was placed on top, which I wore for about 8 weeks post op. I had drains in for 1 week, which were removed at my first check up.
At my first check up, I was blown away: Giuseppe had done exactly as I had asked and given me the chest I had dreamed of. The incisions followed my pec muscle and my nipples had been reduced in size perfectly - I was so happy.

I continued to heal well and Giuseppe kept in regular contact, answering any questions I had, and consistently provided recommendations to assist healing and aid my scar care.

I am now 5 months post op and can honestly say, that choosing to have top surgery and choosing to have it with Giuseppe was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I feel the quote for my surgery was very fair considering my outcome, and the exceptional level of care I received.
My scars are healing well and I think this time next year they will be barely visible. I plan to build up my pec muscles and with the way Giuseppe has placed the scars, I think they will be well hidden.

I cannot recommend Giuseppe highly enough, and if I had to do it all again I would without a doubt choose Giuseppe. Every day I wake up to a flat chest, I feel such gratitude to him for being such a wonderful surgeon and giving me the chest of my dreams.

I needed to find a surgeon who would accept a higher BMI, so after some research I reached out to Giuseppe. I felt very comfortable and reassured with Giuseppe during the whole experience. Everything was straightforward with the consultation, I felt at ease even though you are going through something uncomfortable. Very responsive to emails and I received a huge amount of information before and after surgery.

Dr Di Taranto was extremely helpful from the get go. He was always available to help or discuss any concerns. He understood the importance of the surgery and pushed for the timeline to be as swift as possible. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience before during and after the surgery.

Dr Di Taranto did my breast augmentation on 7th December 2024. He's such amazing surgeon,super nice guy and he knows his stuff well. Couldn't wish for a greater surgeon. He really set my mind at ease when I had my consultations with him. I went from an A cup to a D cup. I had 375cc over the muscle

I came to Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto for gender-affirming top surgery (double mastectomy with free nipple graft) without having taken testosterone prior to surgery, therefore I was naturally anxious and unsure about how surgery would go. Eleven weeks later, I am very grateful to have undergone my top surgery with Mr Di Taranto. Had Top Surgery on the 22nd April with Giuseppe. The surgery went really well, I'm so pleased with the outcome. The whole process was comfortable, from the first appointment to my 3 Month follow up recently. I felt listened to and that we were in a safe space. I cannot recommend Dr Giuseppe enough.

My life has honestly been changed.

I first contacted Giuseppe in March 2024 via Instagram. I am an MTF trans woman and I was looking for a trans-specialising surgeon in the UK. I saw that Giuseppe does breast augmentation for all women, including cis and trans, and also does FTM top surgery too. I booked an in-person consultation with Giuseppe at The Cadogan Clinic in Knightsbridge, London. That was on Friday 26th April. On 20th May, I had my surgery at the same place.

At the time of writing, I am almost 3 weeks post-op and I could not be happier with the results. They are everything I could have hoped for. I went with the size and profile recommended by Giuseppe (300cc left, 325cc right, round, silicone, smooth, moderate plus) and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because they are perfect for my frame.

What I really want to emphasise though is that my whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic and that's a testament to Giuseppe not only as a surgeon but as a person too. He has an excellent bedside manner, he was happy to answer any question I had, and at no point through any of the process did it feel like I was being rushed.

As someone who spent months researching surgeons and scouring reviews, I truly can't recommend Giuseppe enough, he has been amazing.
