I take it when I remember and it still fits well into my day. No strict schedule makes it much easier for me. I usually take it at night or after workouts. Either way, it has been simple to manage.

I wanted something simple for daily support and this did the job. It doesn’t feel heavy, intense or annoying to keep up with. A nice easy addition.

There seemed to be a long delay in receiving them. But it wasn’t their fault
My phone was showing they had no shipped yet
I complained about it & they showed up the next morning
So it was my phones fault not theirs 🙄

SHIPPING IS TAKING FOREVER TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

The liquid drops are probably the easiest supplement I’ve used. Add to water, drink it, and done. That convenience makes a big difference for me.

While I got a satisfaction survey, I immediately sent an inquiry as where my order was. After a decent interval, Customer support responded that my order was still in transit and to re-engage if I don't receive the order. No issue with support or satisfaction, they responded, thanks! 5*****

Product did not arrive contacted Glamara very prompt reply after 3 contacts they said that they would refund my money. Happpy with that except still have not received the refund as yet and it has been 10 days must have gone where the order went
