I placed my order and it was processed, only to be informed later that it was no longer in stock. I needed it quickly for my holiday and it left me struggling to get another in time for when I was going.

I received a really nice apology and the item was delivered the next day. So pleasing to get a proper reply and not an automated response. I had ordered Rimmel 77 Asia X3 ask I couldn't buy it in the shops . I have been sent Rimmel 77 different named lipstick which is not actually the same as 77 Asia. It has more pink in it disheartened. Which have been good to have had some communication. Before deciding to send these.

The package was empty on arrival. The postman noticed this and will be returning the empty package to you. I have emailed to advise of this issue and am awaiting your response. I have requested a replacement.

They also responded quickly to a problem I had when I accidentally ordered things to the wrong address and provided a full refund even though the error was mine.
