Company is a fraud
Company is a fraud! They’ve took my money and haven’t sent me the item. I’ve tried multiple times to email them and they never reply! Then I get an email asking how I thought their service was? The cheek of it! Absolute scammers, don’t buy from them.

Le délai de livraison n’est pas précisé c’est approximatif.

Hi Tony, Thank you for your comment and we're sorry you were disappointed with the longer than usual delivery time on this occasion.
Although our Shipping Terms clearly state that deliveries may take 15-28 days to arrive, our deliveries do usually arrive well within 7 days.
We state the 15-28 days to cover the rare occasion, like this, when we have to wait for an item to arrive back into stock before it can be despatched to you. Sometimes too there are delays due to the worldwide pandemic at the moment but we continue to strive to make sure all our deliveries are delivered in the shortest time possible.
We scour the planet to find the best selection of products for your pleasure and so deliveries do also come from a variety of locations as they are shipped direct to you to further reduce delivery times and general shipping costs so that we can keep giving you the best selection and quality for the right price.
We hope you will find it in your heart to forgive this longer delivery this time and give us another try sometime as we're sure your next delivery will arrive quicker! Above all we hope you were happy with your delivery once it did get there.
