Incredible customer service start to finish!
We bought a maze pergola from glamplaunch last year which was really easy and had great customer service. A few months back the LED system faulted, we contacted them again for help and they have done everything possible to get us replacement parts to resolve the issue. Both Taylor and Rose have been fantastic and I would highly recommend shopping with them!

I ordered a primal strength leg…
I ordered a primal strength leg press/hack squat machine. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered on time and without any issues. I even received a follow-up call a few weeks later to see how I was getting on with it

3 Person infrared outdoor sauna…
First of all I’d like to say that I don’t usually write reviews! I purchased an outdoor 3 person infrared sauna not so long ago. From start to finish Taylor’s communication was excellent. I had researched other companies but this company stood out by a mile. All of my questions and queries were sorted out within a timely manner, believe me I had a lot of questions. I am enjoying my sauna. I have already recommended this company to friends, family and colleagues. I will definitely use this company again in the future. I also like the new rebrand. Good customer service
Gave 5 stars even though there was a couple of problems with the patio set. However, Rose in customer service was brilliant, sorted replacements which came quickly. Very satisfied with the product.
