I am extremely disappointed with Glam Your Skin. I placed an order and when it finally arrived, three units of the Korres Kiwi Gentle Exfoliating Scrub were missing.
The company did not bother to inform me beforehand that the items were out of stock. They simply crossed them out on the packing slip and wrote "refund". To make matters worse, they didn't even offer an apology or propose an alternative solution.
We are now well past the legal 14-day window for refunds under European Consumer Law, and despite promises from their customer service, I still have not received my money back. This is unacceptable business practice. Zero proactive communication and zero respect for consumer rights.
