Great service! The replacement double glazed panel unit arrived wrapped in a protective blanket on the day as previously specified. The measuring up was clearly stated on the website. My son removed the old blown glazed unit fitted up the new without too many sweary words .. and saved us £150.00. Happy customer!

ALL went very well until we found the units outside our door a week + earlier than we were told.
It seems crazy to be given a date of 6th of May for delivery into the local hub for delivery a few days after that , we were told this by email on the 22nd of April.
Then found the delivery unannounced on the 1st of May !
THEY LET THEMSELVES DOWN BY INACCURATE delivery details. Otherwise all appears fine.

Easy to order, competitive price and clear comms. I was given a date it would be at my local depot and told to expect delivery 48 hours later, I rang on the date given to see if I could collect instead and was told it was already out for delivery and nearby house- it arrived 5 minutes later!
Would def use again for any other failed units.
