When un packed found a crack on the bottom seam corner LH. Could not install it for fear of the crack spreading. Did not bother with contacting the supplier due to distance from Glasgow to Isle of Skye.

My review is solely based on my experience. I stumbled on glass2go website whilst looking for a replacement blown unit, I ordered on 7th December, but since this time I've heard nothing. Ive emailed two different email addresses with zero response and when I login to see my order it says completed! All in all a very frustrating experience, with potentially money down the pan!

Update: My glass was delivered at the mid january, and was as required. It was taken in by my neighbour as advised, however this was one month after order. I'm still a tad dissapointed, as communication was just none existent, which exasperated things.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt this company deserved one.

I was worried at first due to some poor reviews but I saw these were mostly early reviews added while the website was being built, following that there were some good reviews so I decided to give them a shot.

My experience was as follows - Fantastic prices, delivered before expected date, delivery driver followed delivery instructions to the letter (which is a better service than Amazon drivers provide). Once I received the window panes they were good quality sturdy units, I didn't actually need to contact them for anything so cannot give any feedback on that aspect but I am very happy with the service received.

Upon reading my review, the company updated me on the reasons for the delay and within a couple of days, I've received my window and fitted it. The panel seems to be very good, undamaged and perfectly clear so great!. I'm going to see how it performs over the next few weeks before ordering more panels.
I'm now changing my experience from 1 star to 5.

Generally I like to give good reviews however on this occasion its not been possible to do so: GLASS2GO have been very naughty.

I've left messages for them on their answer phone and emailed them but haven't received any response. I am still waiting for the delivery of my panel. I'm glad I did a trial order before placing my main order for all my windows! If I don't hear from them this week then I will attempt to recover my losses. Seriously non existant customer service. Very quick to take your order so that bit works really well!

I'd be happy to amend this review should I receive my window soon.

Easy to order ,good product at a great price, I unfortunately ordered the wrong depth size that’s my fault but just about got away with it so be aware of checking correct box when ordering otherwise would definitely recommend this company

Would not recommend... after I've made my order, they didn't contacted me for 6 weeks... I tried 100 times everyday to reach them on the phone or by email..... no chance. Pls stay away from this scam.

I have ordered 41 units, 3 deliveries over a period of a few weeks, each one has gone very smoothly, delivered quickly with good communication and a quality product. Only 1 had a slight scratch on it and this is being replaced with no hassle. Adam very helpful and professional. I have replaced all windows in my home now so no more needed, but I will be recommending this company to friends and family. Very happy 👍🏻

I placed an order for a single sealed unit on 24/9/25 and shortly got a provisional delivery date of 9th October. I was going to be away so emailed them asking if the delivery could be postponed but didn't get a reply and as far I was aware no delivery was attempted. It hadn't arrived by 13/10 so I searched for reviews and found some saying they had items not delivered and that it was a scam so I was getting worried however it turned up today. The unit was delivered by a local company (gap Lincoln) who themselves don't appear to sell sealed units so im not sure where they actually come from as glass2go don't appear to make them as they are a fairly recently registered company and a clearly just a reseller. I don't believe this to be a scam, just a small company who maybe hasn't given the best customer service to a few people. Would I risk a large order for thousands of pounds? maybe not.

Non delivery, no response to emails, trying to recover my costs.

Don't risk buying from here, try somewhere else
