I love this product used it before my rental inspection mould gone. Speedy delivery too which made it even better. Will be a return purchase

I was VERY sceptical about this product. I had previously bought products that claimed to work and they were hopeless.
This product does EXACTLY what it says - it actually cleans and restores the glass - and it wasn't hard to use. I have no power in my arms, so I needed something I could easily wipe on, and lightly scrub, then rinse off.
This is exactly what I did and I was astounded that the glass shower door came up like new! I highly recommend this product - and I'm 100% legit - no payment to extol it's virtues.
I am truly thrilled with the product and results.

I saw this product on Facebook and thought I'd give it a go. Well, it exceeded my expectations. I used this on the grout in my bathroom as the mould is quite bad and no other mould cleaner worked.
I left the gel on for about 4 hours and most of the mould disappeared. Fantastic product and I shall be buying more.

Just received this today and couldn't wait to try it on my french doors as your dog makes a terrible mess of them. The windows have ended up absolutely smeared. There is no way wet cloth will remove the paste and leave the windows clean. I used the scrub pad and water to loosen the paste and them wiped with wet cloth. Windows were stinking. Had to do them with glass cleaner 3 times before I got smears away. Straight to bin. Glad I wasn't tempted to buy a bigger size bottl🤨😟🙁☹️😡

After waiting quite awhile for the delivery, an empty package arrived. What a joke. Stay away from this scam company.

Don’t waste your time. Twice my order has been shipped and twice the order was returned by Canada Post as my delivery info was incomplete on the digital label. Even after confirming with GLASSGUARD. They don’t have a phone contact, take days to respond. I think it’s actually a scam.

Product doesn't work. Made absolutely no difference to the mould as advertised.

Received order ...did 2 applications on shower doors...I see little to no improvement ...I should add...they did refund my money

As of July, Glassguard followed up and resolved the issue and also offered me to sample their Nanocoat Kit for the shower screen and glass surfaces - it's actually very impressive how well it works. I'm very impressed, the shower glass looks sparkling clean every day since the application. Very happy with the way they improved their customer service.

ORIGINAL POST (pre July 2024) :

Tried to order a replacement head for the bottle which fell apart after 2 uses. Was told that I had used the product incorrectly and that it was my fault the nozzle snapped, when in fact it was their product that made the nozzle deteriorate when stored away in a cool cupboard along with many other cleaning products. The product was 5 months old, and after a few back and forths I was offered a replacement.

They didn't confirm my address and sent a replacement to the wrong address and now does not respond to any of my emails.

The process above took about 2 months just to organize, not worth your time or money.

Scam , no receipt no respond after 8 days waiting. 1,5 hour waiting for a chat bot with 0 success, not picking the phone. Not sure how Meta still advertise their products???

Scam - do not order from them. I ordered over three weeks ago and have still not received product. The company sent a generic email (addressed to a name that wasn’t mine) saying their warehouse is being moved but they still failed to send and the correspondence is extremely poor. I have requested a refund and am yet to hear back from them. Absolute waste of money.

I placed the order on 21st Feb 2024. Got the tracking number after couple of days and I saw that package was sent back to the sender. Contacted the CC team and they said there was “”. When I asked them who gives the instructions, they had no reply. Anyways, asked for refund, nothing happened. They said will send again to my home address. Still waiting. Tried calling their Sydney phone number no response. No response on emails/chat bot. Looks like they are scammer’s. Very much disappointed.

This business must be a scam. Ordered product weeks ago and has not even been shipped as far as I know. Multiple emails have gone to the company, no response.

I have placed an express order 8 days ago, paying extra shipping fees for a 2-3 day delivery. The order hasn't even been dispatched, their phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails or messages on their chat bot. Sadly seems like we've fallen victim to a scam company.

They are an absolute SCAM!!! I requested for a refund and they don’t pick up their calls and don’t respond to chats or email attempts. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

So I placed my order over 2 weeks ago, they say it takes 2 business days to ship, so far nothing have happened. I contacted their customer service twice, and they have not replied as well. I don’t think they are legit, proceed with caution.

This company is a scam and will take your money and not provide the product.

I ordered on 24 Nov 2023 and nothing arrived. Have followed up by email twice since. Looking at reviews here a lot of people don’t receive it and the company just tells them it was delivered.

I was promised a refund from this company and then I exchanged 30 emails and hours of annoyance trying to get it sorted. I bought the Mould removal gel which calls itself an eco product that is all natural. I bought the product in May and when it arrived it stated in the instructions that the product had to be used with all windows and doors open for cross ventilation. This was annoying as I live in a very cold climate. There was no chance to use it with all windows and doors open in the house until December, when it finally got hot enough. It is in fact toxic and the fumes made me seriously unwell. Read the fine print about what is in the product. It is absolutely appalling. Their customer service is terrible. They said they would refund me and only after this review was posted and they were alerted to it did they do so.

This product is junk.It doesn’t work after numerous applications on glass shower panels which have been damaged by lime water deposits.Fair enough this problem is difficult to resolve,this company claimed 100% effective solution for this particular problem or 100% money back ,after numerous attempts to contact l never got a reply,dishonest and untrustworthy.

The product for mold has worked on white grout after 2 goes at it, as it is a new bathroom it has helped, I then purchased the drill attachment and sponges, which made the job a lot easier, but the sponge disintegrated before the job was done & the sponge needs to be a bit bigger than the attachment as as you use it, it gets smaller, so the velcro starts to scratch the surface. I tried to search for a feedback section on the website, but seems like they just want to sell expensive products. I am disappointed that you can't get replacement sponges for the drill bit, it was expensive, & I don't want to keep buying the drill attachment, a little rediculous. The packaging is very professional for a first purchase, however for a customer coming back again, they need a cheaper option for more sponges and product liquid refills & forget the flash packaging, refill packaging would be a cheaper option, making the product cheaper, would be better. It does work, disappointed with the repeat order options.
