My go-to glass packaging company!
I have ordered from Glassnow for now 6 years and decided to add my own review.
To address other comments, yes, they do sell out of colors and it requires me to place my orders in advance to make sure my inventory is ready for my seasonal sales. I do the same with most of my wholesale suppliers as it makes sense for my business to plan most of the time 3 to 5 months ahead.
I work with Glassnow because their customer service is second to none, their selection is growing consistently, and having been burned by Chinese suppliers, I find their price point very good for quality jars.

Thank you for your feedback. We are experiencing some shipping delays due to the drought conditions at the Panama Canal. Unfortunately, this is causing changes in our posted availability dates as we receive delivery updates. This has affected delivery dates by 6-8 week delays. Additionally, we take pre-orders every day. So, once an incoming delivery is sold out, we move availability to the next container. We process orders first in, first out, so if someone orders ahead of your order or purchases all incoming stock, you will see an availability change online. Such a shame on the poor customer service.
I want to love this company so much. I absolutely love their physical products- but I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I have had several huge issues with their online billing system, and not only are they unhelpful in solving problems, but they act like it's *my* fault. I am unfortunately going to have to start researching a new vessel supplier, and honestly it makes me so sad. I want to support small and local so badly.
Oh, but the warehouse people are SO nice and very very helpful.

We did launch a new website on November 1st, which experienced some errors. We have been working to make corrections to improve the purchasing experience and will continue to do so until any remaining issues are resolved. Products continually out of stock
As others have noted, they cannot seem to figure out how to stock product. While their containers are high quality and their prices are competitive, they are completely unreliable as a supplier. I’ve had issues trying purchase glassware for the last year as they are always on backorder. When I contacted them about a product that was continually out of stock all summer, they told me they were not aware it had been out of stock for that long and that if I needed it then I should buy a separate pallet from their manufacturer in China. Very unhelpful customer service. Since I’m constantly having to order from a backup supplier for stock, I’m ready to look elsewhere for a reliable supplier.

This company has a few products I use for my business so I’m locked into ordering from them. However, they often run out of product, they’ve got a strange antiquated way of taking orders (it had to be approved by someone) and they take FOREVER to ship out. Again, I have to buy a few things that seem to only be available at this company. But their standards are definitely not comparable to other wholesale companies I order from
