Paid same day delivery and it didn’t come. It still hasn’t come until now, don’t pay for the same day delivery. I’ve ordered a few times from Glassons and quality of clothes are below average, princess Polly, tiger mist and other shops are so much better.

What a good use of mirror!

Went to the store in Melbourne City today and I was kinda shocked by the way they treating the customers.
The doors of the fitting rooms were all mirrors and at first I thought it was a pretty good design - very fashionable and also made the store look much bigger. I grabbed a skirt and went to the fitting room, then the weird thing happened. One of the staffs asked my name and how many items I got, I told her my name and she then used a marker and wrote my name and # of items on the mirror (ie the door of the fitting room). And same thing happened to other customers as well.
I can’t tell about other customers, and I completely understand that there might be lots of stealing happened in the store and they’ve lost lots of items, but I personally feel kinda insulted and humiliated by such behaviour. I’m fine with giving me a card with the number on it and asking me to take it in or hang it on the handle of the door so they can check it, but write my name on the door? Just no. It’s a clothing store not a prison.
Definitely won’t be going to the store again.

Honest opinion is that I hate glassons…

Honest opinion is that I hate glassons the clothes are all ok but super overpriced and the customer is HORRIBLE I asked the lady at the Counter for a bag and she gave me such a bad glare and also asked me why I needed a bag?!!?!! I HATE GLASSONS DO NOT SHOP THERE

Brought a pair of their activewear…

Brought a pair of their activewear (leggings) only had it for about two days. I went to the gym and it ripped, I felt so embarrassed but what made me mad was that apparently it was made for the “gym” but yet it broke.

Worst customer service EVER!

Today I went with a group of friends to glassons (northlands mall), we decided to have fun, as children do, and have a little fashion show. I would pick out outfits for my four friends, and they would go and try it on and I would judge who wore it best. One of the ladies working there that day decided it was appropriate to give us dirty looks, and start talking to her other associates - while pointing at us. One of the ladies working the changing rooms was lovely and helped us with whatever we needed. One of my friends had a drink from McDonalds and I thought it was the drink so we decided to throw it away, but she still wouldn't stop. We were told straight away (before we even set foot in the store) that we were to have a face mask or we will be thrown out by the 'death stare lady', even though MANY times her mask wasn't covering her nose. We went back in to try to record what she was doing (we didn't end up doing so) and she still wouldn't stop - when she was at the check out desk helping a customer, so she should be focusing on the lady at the check out instead of four, 12 year old kids, just trying to have fun. One of my friends did end up buying something, and some of us even said we would check with our parents to see what they think and then come back next time. But even if you're not buying something you shouldn't be targeted like that. I don't believe I saw a sign that told us we had to buy something and couldn't just window shop. Also isn't that how you figure out what you want? By trying stuff on.

This review won't have much affect whatsoever because we didn't ask for her name. But just thought I'd let you know :)

Nothing about this was cool.

AVOID THIEVES

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order online after receiving a coupon code. However, the code was not applied so I ended up cancelling the order (and finding the item I wanted to purchase elsewhere for a better price). Glassons cancelled my order within the hour and sent me a proof of refund receipt. Weeks went by and I never received a refund, so I disputed with my bank & was credited for the order. However, Glassons keeps charging my account advising my bank that they did provide a refund when there is absolutely NO evidence of refund in my account. I am now in a dispute war with Glassons, and had to provide paperwork stating everything I mentioned above. Even with concrete evidence, they are trying to deny my claim. This has been an ongoing nightmare for months. Beware of Glassons!!

Corset top I think not Unfortunately after purchasing a…

Unfortunately after purchasing a 3corset tops the white one had a fault in the cup lining like a dye leak making it brown, because it was white it couldn’t be worn as it was so noticeable. I sent photos but the customer service was very rude in their response making it obvious that they weren’t going to help. And after looking up other reviews it seems to be a common and reoccurring theme. It’s a shame as this day and age it’s nice for people to look after and value their customers.

If I can give a zero star

If I can give a zero star, I would. Today 24th of Sep, I received my online order. With online shopping it's a hit and miss so two items didn't fit right. According to Glassons protocols I am eligible for a refund even if it is a sale item since I have bought it online and haven't even tried on etc.. so I had two options one is to go to a physical store and return the goods or send them back to the Distribution centre. I decided to do what I have done in the past which is to go to Glassons westfield Riccarton to return them. I came to the counter and said hi I would like to return these items. The lady who served me looked at the unworn perfectly conditioned items and the receipt I received and stated that she can't return them as they are on sale. I explained to her that I have done that in the past and it is an online order and that I am entitled for a refund. She kept on saying no only a gift card or an exchange can be done. She was erupt in her response didn't want to hear me or anything. I rang customer service and the lady I spoke to was super fantastic she said that I was absolutely right and that the team member who served me must have been confused. She said I will ring the store and tell them to process this for you. I went back and I said see I was right customer service said I could get the refund. Instead of apologizing for her fault. She said to me you made it hard for yourself. You came here with all this negative energy. I said how was I negative. I just wanted two pants returned and you said that I was out of line to ask for such a thing. She then goes on and says well once you stop being so rude, you might get what you want. I said to her did you just call me (customer) rude. I worked in Glassons before and I work part time in retail now and I would never even think of saying that to any customer. Plus I am just asking you for a simple refund that will take you 2 min max to process. She made me feel so terrible. I was so embarrassed as all the attention from the very busy store with staff and customers was on us. I struggle with anxiety and that made me have a panic attack. I started apologizing to a girl who yelled at me when I haven't been yelled at since I was 5. This was a disgusting experience and the worst customer service I have ever had. I love Glassons, its products and the values the company has. However today I was humiliated. Got called rude and negative by a girl who was refelected these two characters. I then heard she was about to become an assistant manager. I don't know what she will do with that power. She might actually start cursing at people whenever she can. When I serve a difficult customer I don't say you are difficult. Just be nice and do your job and leave your judgment to yourself. If you have nothing nice to say then please don't say it. You ruined my whole day today. I cried so much that I felt helpless and had to be the bigger person and tell her let's wrap this and just go on with our day but honestly. I will be writing a complain to headoffice as well a formal letter stating all the above. And if I don't hear that a resolution has happened and that this will never happen to someone else, I will be dissapointed in the whole company not just one staff memeber who bad mouthed me and humiliated me publicy in a store that is meant to serve my needs.

one of my favourites!

i've read so many poor reviews but glassons has never disappointed me! recently i placed an online order but realised that i ordered the dress in the wrong size, i reached out to their instagram and they were super helpful! a staff member was able to cancel my order over the phone so i could place the order again in my size. clothes look just like in the photos and quality is excellent for the price! one of my favourite clothing stores, have been a loyal customer for years :)

I ordered online from glassons as I am…

I ordered online from glassons as I am in lockdown, and I was so disappointed from what I’ve seen online the quality looks pretty good, but I received my package with a stain on one of the tops and with a hole on the other top so incredibly disappointed the other tops were fine but still not good service.

I traveled to Gold Coast from Sydney

I traveled to Gold Coast from Sydney, i saw a corset in display i really like, i went into the shop n couldn't find my size, size 6, so i asked the sales lady if the one in display a size 6, she said it is but i wont take it for you and walked off...i was jaw dropped with her behaviour, i am an Asian, and i think she racist againy me as she acted very nice and polite to other customers in the shop who are white.

I also bought online using their app and two tines a row i got my orders cancelled explaining there is no stock. But those particular goods that they cancelled are still on their website a days afterwards.

Helpful but fast fashion

Anytime there has been an issue with an order the customer service reps reply super fast and have always been eager to help. Never had any issues, however would point out the quality of their products have declined and is more fast fashion nowadays.

Absolutely disgusted

My daughter came home from Glassons Westfield Fountain Gate distraught because she was was discriminated against by your staff because she is a size 16 woman. My daughter waited at the changing room to be served for 10 minutes while the staff deliberately ignored her and offered the changing room to other woman who were smaller in size. My daughter then went to purchase the item and the staff were rude and abrupt with her. How disgusting is this behavior and how judgmental can you all be. My other daughter witnessed the behavior in disbelief. Im shocked that in todays day an age when people are fighting for inclusivity and diversity my daughter was openly degraded by your staff. If this has happened to my daughter I would hate to think how many other people have experienced this behavior.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, I never recieved my package and customer service didn't even do anything to help me or rectify my situation. $200 for nothing, I would never shop here again and don't recommend this website for anything, you might as well buy from Shein
Nic, and Ashleigh from customer service, both were not helpful at all and also extremely rude

Bayfair Glassons

Bayfair Glassons. The workers there judged and laughed at me and my sister who are a size 16+ Did not acknowledge us when not busy. And when I tried on clothes that I was wanting to purchase the fitting room Assisstance jumped to the conclusion I couldn’t fit their clothes and did not offer assistance instead asked if she could put my clothes away without asking me if they fit, or wanting another size. I work in the retail industry and their behaviour was unacceptable and rude. Will tell friends and family of my heart breaking experience at glassons Bayfair.
