Really great company and great customer service. Really good quality jewellery at brilliant prices. Iv had multiple pieces of jewellery from here and they never tarnish always stay super shiny and like new. Support this small business as you will not be disappointed.

Very helpful.
So helpful when a few pieces of my jewellery broke, Becka offered to send out another or gave me ways to fix it myself. One of my necklaces I’ve worn for a year straight and showered in it still looks good as new. I will always be a returning customer. Excellent customer service & always gets back to emails/messages pronto.

Brilliant Service and quality
I have ordered many personalised items from here now and I love them!
I lost one piece just before Christmas and my husband contacted becka directly to see if she could replace it for me so I could get a new one in time for Christmas. She did this with no hesitation and I was so pleased.
Great service and great quality.

Some of the most beautiful jewellery I've ever owned. The quality is phenomenal; really excellent value for money. I'm addicted and cannot stop ordering charm bracelets and necklaces!

My 3rd order for two pairs of earrings was my last ever with this company. earrings arrived looking like cheap plastic. The clasp on one of the earrings was visibly open before I even removed them from the box. The clasp wouldn’t do up so I emailed to return the order. I was told they were inspected before being sent and it just needed adjusting and will do from time to time in the future. told I needed to return the order by recorded signed for delivery which I did. Order was then refunded but minus the initial delivery charge plus the return postage charge I needed to pay. The email I then received from Becka was appalling customer service. Will never order from them again. The jewellery is as rubbish as their customer service!
Update- the seller begs her small number of customers on social media to leave her a positive review, crying because she’s got a negative from me it’s not as genuine as a customer leaving a review by choice! Please visit judge.me where this seller has more reviews and you can clearly see I’m not the only one!
