I got an inactive email notification. I logged in and then a few days later they deleted my account. The email simply said to log in and then they would not delete it, but after I logged in, they deleted it anyway. It seems like there is something wrong with their website and now I do not trust it anymore.

I had canceled all my social media accounts. The Gleam sign in page kept asking me to sign in using one of those accounts and would not allow me to sign in with email. I contacted customer service. Jessica Jensen, responded in a record time and after confirming my issue she corrected the issue in just two email exchanges. That my friends is the epitome of apex customer service. Bravo Gleam for having a fabulous employee like Jessica

Gleaming Slots Legit Trustworthy App

I have been playing on Gleaming Slots app since August 2025, and I have to say it is the BEST online casino app I have ever played. I have cashed out more than ten times, the payment process is very efficient. Any problems I have come across, customer service is always very helpful. Obviously it is gambling so you don’t always win. Again when I have, easy peasy payout within hours for certain options.

I've been using Gleam for 5 years and…

I've been using Gleam for 5 years and it has been a superb partnership. The UI is fantastic, I can add or change anything on the fly. I have made over 50 competitions and I owe a lot of my growth as a content creator to Gleam. I recently bought the wrong plan and they immediately refunded it upon request without any questions. Cheers to your staff.

I ran a campaign for my client (A Plastic Surgery Clinic) for the launch of their Medspa. The Competition was great, and Gleam's functionality and integration with social media really helped spread word to the local community! Best of all, everyone had fun and enjoyed the prizes!

Additionally, the support team is effective and responsive.

Five Star Support

Coming from Rafflecopter which just recently closed shop, I found Gleam to handle my giveaway. While the software took a minute to get used to, it does everything I need and more. But really the best part of this company is their Support. Answered within minutes, sometimes less! That is unheard of with an email support system. They answered all questions and concerns and made the transition from the old company to theirs seamless. Highly recommended.

I was having issues with entering…

I was having issues with entering sweepstakes and giveaways on Gleam. I went on their site, to Contact Us, sent a message. Not long after I received a reply mail from Jessica Jensen explaining what could be causing the issue. I did what was recommended and the issue was solved.

I've used Gleam exclusively since 2013 for my clients acquisition strategy. The features are robust and constantly improving to offer clients new ways to engage with their audiences. Rarely a bug with the platform and superior technical support.

I'll update if they refund me - but they're on the verge of being a scam. It presents that you can run an online photo contest - and I was doing one for a non-profit animal rescue. I buy a $59 plan - and just kidding, I can't use that plan for this... also buggy. Kept saying I was using premium features I wasn't using, had clearly turned off, and that was a whole other thing. So it tells me when I'm trying to publish that sorry pal, plan no good upgrade to this one. Another $119. So I do because at this point I'm running out of time... but just kidding. Nope. I need the $479 plan to do anything!! Are you kidding me?? Then i went to cancel - only signed up like an hour earlier and no refund - just won't rebill me. I contacted customer service which I hope they will refund me, but they need to be far more transparent in how they advert what htey offer and which plans with the plan comparission pages being an insane mess that scrolls to inifity.
nevermind this pricing is INSANE.

They don't have even a bit respect for bug reporters

Basically, I was participating in a giveaway that used their service, when i discovered a gotcha that using two accounts, could generate theoretically infinite entries (not specifying the bug for obvious reasons)
Now I tried to report it though both the giveaway hosts and gleam directly, both sides me that it was being taken care of.
After a day or two I return to check how stuff are going, but I discovered that instead of rewarding me for the responsible but report, they ip ban me and my brothers accounts, even though I went out of the way to report the bug to them.
It wasn't a big discovered on purpose, it was a bug discovered by accident that allowed me to transfer entries between accounts and reset them, effectively making infinite entries.
And I reported it, but still got banned for the bug.
And by the way, my report was from way over 14 days ago, I sent the report at august 7th
I didn't do it like that, I told attack shark exactly what I was doing in their stuff do they can remove my test entries.
And I would like to continue this talk so we can resolve with, gleam, but I think that it would be better if we talk about this privately since I wouldn't like to reveal any details that may help other's exploit the bugs I found.
After I sent this they seemed to have just ghosted me, and My account and my brothers accounts are still blacklisted.
And by the way, I didn't try specifically to exploit the giveaways, and actually shared the email addresses that I used with attack shark, the ones who hosted the giveaway, so that they can ignore the stuff from my bug testing

Thanks, but you were suspended automatically by our systems 14 days ago for this and your initial email was asking why you were banned, it's not something we consider a bug - duplicated entries are automatically invalidated and by continuing to exploit them across 7 accounts you were subsequently banned.

Also pretending to be a "Bug Tester" whilst actively trying to exploit campaigns will still get you banned, you created 5 new contestants after your initial report and continued to try and exploit the system for more entries.

tried to join hitsquad-giveaway for citizen sleeper.

Made it look like I just had to give them my name and my email address to get the giveaway. But then I should do one more thing, the site said "​Complete this to INSTANTLY Claim Your Citizen Sleeper Steam Key", and 4 ways were listed. I chose to go for the steam login option as that is literally the only option I even have an account for. Then I got "Verification Needed. Sorry! We need you to verify that you are a real person. Please log in with any of these social networks to get started:" Whatever happened to "instantly"? Which btw they wrote in all caps, that wasn't me emphasizing this word.

Well SCREW YOU VERY MUCH you lying, insatiable data krakens! Because judging by how this has gone so far, logging in with one more will not be enough, because after that it will AGAIN be "just one more", until it's "just one more" once again and again.

I am NOT creating social media accounts on platforms that I have successfully avoided since their inception and have no interest in joining!
