We are sorry to have fallen below your expectations on this occasion. On tracking your parcel a delivery was in fact attempted today, day 10 of our 4 to 10 day delivery window for Belgium (as outlined on our shipping information page). We do send an email with tracking information automatically at point of order so you are able to track your shipment. Our shipping costs are also outlined at point of sale. Again we are disappointed that you have left a 1 star review, however appreciate your feedback.
