J’ai commandé le 23 mars 2026 pour rappel, nous sommes le 7 mai et depuis plus de 6 semaines vous n’avez cessé de me dire que le colis avait été livré (duck top gun), force est de constater que le colis n’est JAMAIS arrivé. Je vous ai écris une dizaine de fois, vous m’avez maintenu avec des captures d’écran bidon que le colis avait été livré (ce n’est pas une preuve), ensuite vous m’avez demandé de me retourner contre le service de livraison : nul n’est censé ignorer la loi, vous êtes tenu pour responsable dès lors qu’il y’a un litige. C’est donc à vous de faire les démarches nécessaires.
Croyez moi que je ne vais pas lâcher l’affaire bandes de voleurs ! Je mettrais autant d’avis qu’il le faut pour vous pourrir la vie tant que je n’aurais pas eu mon remboursement.

Absolutely never again. Not only did it take forever for the items to come but when they did they were a complete joke. I had to constantly email them they even told me the items had been delivered to my porch? I don’t have a porch and sent them pictures to prove it, to be told in the next email they would be delivered in a week. Had the same email for 3 weeks. Ended up up going to bank and they refunding the money. The company then asked me to tell my bank to refund to them the money I had back and they would refund to me. I told them absolutely not as I didn’t believe them. Do not buy from these people SHOCKING company

I ordered the Top Gun Maverick 40th Anniversary Duck.
The delivery was well over what was expected and item was nothing short of pathetic. The paint was shoddy and not in place. I would not recommend this site

Company sells counterfeit goods. I ordered a TY beanie bear. It arrived with no tags or labels and the company has since stated that all their bears are handmade by them so definitely not a real TY bear. Refusing to refund unless I pay to have it shipped to China myself. I wish I had read the reviews of this scam company before I had ordered from them.

Poor product, no reply from customer service, do not adhere to their Terms & Conditions. Complete rip off.

I ordered what I thought were a Maverick and Goose rubber ducks.
I paid for express delivery on the 20th March and only received them on the 16th of April. They are not rubber ducks, but cheap, tacky, badly finished ‘ornaments’ in the shape of ducks.
It looks nothing like the photo advertised and is missing the goggles. The paint work must have been carried out by a 5-year old! Do not buy anything from this company… I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering - an expensive lesson learned!

Do NOT order anything from here. Fake!! Ordered a Maverick 40th Anniversary rubber duck, which is supposed to come with a fake leather jacket and goggles. It was a cheap tacky remake of this that wasn’t even a rubber duck. A cheap tacky ornament missing its goggles and fake leather jacket. A waste of money and waited a month for this to turn up.

Awful quality Maverick 40th anniversary duck product ! Not at all the finish as pictured on the website. Poorly hand painted with paint bleeds all over, poor transfers and stuck on sunglasses that came off on Day 1 of receiving. My 8 year old would have done a better job on an Airfix model.

Reluctance to give me a refund when requested and told the ‘uniqueness was part of the charm’ of hand crafted products. The company would only refund me 30% even though I asked for a full refund. I reluctantly accepted this 30% refund in the end to cut my ties with this company and 100% won’t be using them again.

Appalling company. Avoid at all costs. Do not use. No customer care. Order not delivered after nearly 4 weeks yet they still advertise dispatch in 48 hours.

Would be zero, shows as delivered 2 hours ago. Not at my door. Dont use Gleelee a huge wast of money and time. I will get my money back on my card so not worried. A complete fraud and will definitely make sure everyone knows.

Oh and Gleelee if you feel you need to respond great, because if im wrong i will always say so publicly.

Bought the John dere tractor advent calendar. Complete trash and misrepresentation of what it is. Not a tractor but It is pictures of tractors superimposed on a piece of plastic! Didn’t stay behind the windows but fell down in a pile behind the card. What a waste of £29.99. I would try for a refund if I knew who to contact!

Disgraceful! I ordered the John Deere tractor advent calendar at a cost of over £30. It is a complete rip off the pieces are just flat cardboard or plastic cut outs not 3D and most of them were all in the bottom of the box. I feel robbed! Would not recommend this company

Absolutely shocking products. Had the misfortune of buying two expensive advent calendars which are just awful. No clue as to what the figures are meant to be. Not even ready to hang - they just throw in a single piece of string which you’re supposed to cut yourself. Truly terrible.

Being upset and disappointed doesn't come close on how I'm Feeling. I wish I had made some research on this company..Wasn't happy with the 2 items I purchased, the dog didn't look one but to the photo and the clothing on the photo was completely different too. Reached out to the company and they point blanked refused to do anything. Over £85 on 2 items and.... I'm going to be embarrassed to give them as a Christmas present to my children. PLEASE AVOID (DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY)

We ordered the Hamilton advent calendar. In the pictures these look like they are 3-D models. What you actually get he's a cheap feeling calendar with all the doors consecutively lined up but the print isn't even straight. It feels cheap. The contents are okay, but they are flat pieces of plastic with a print on each side although the characters are pretty cool. Not worth anywhere near what they are charging so be warned.

Ordered the John Deere advent calendar on the 26th October, and it has still not arrived as of today (4th December). No response to my latest query about where it is! Absolutely terrible service and experience.

Absolute cheap tatt! Purchased two Broadway advent calendars. Several days were empty and those that did contain so called figurines, we're just flat plastic shapes. No response from trying to contact the company - avoid at all costs
