Schneller und unkomplizierter Support bei Reklamation

Wir haben bei Gleeride zwei Fahrräder vom Typ Engwe ST275 gekauft. Leider hatte eines der Räder nach kurzer Zeit einen Motortotalschaden. Auch der Kreuztausch von Display und Akku brachte keine Besserung.

Nach der Reklamation über den Kundenservice von Gleeride wurde uns unkompliziert und schnell ein neuer Motor aus China zugesendet – inklusive komplettem Montage- und Verkabelungsmaterial. Der Einbau war mit drei Schrauben denkbar einfach und auch für Laien machbar. Lediglich beim Lockring für das Kettenritzel benötigt man ein Spezialwerkzeug (ca. 10 €) oder eine gute Zange.

Wir danken ausdrücklich für den sehr guten Support, den wir in dieser Form ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet hätten.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, ordered my e-bike from them and within a few days it arrived well packaged and complete. I was unsure about a couple of things ( my ignorance regarding instructions) so I contacted Gleeride.com and they replied the next day. They were extremely helpful and reassuring, stating they would gladly help me.Any problems/queries i had they resolved them professionally and quickly.Some companies are reluctant to even respond to an email but I couldn't fault Gleeride.com 10/10

Unprofessional and Dishonest

After a full month of waiting, I finally asked where my package was, and this is the response I got:
“ Hello,
Sorry to tell you that your order package is lost in transit.
In this case,we would like to resend your order but this motor is out of stock now.
New inventory will come next week.
We will resend your order next week.do you agree with that?”

They had me disassemble my scooter, strip the wires, and cut the insulation just to confirm the plug type, even though they already had my scooter model and motor serial number. I gave them everything they asked for.

They sent a tracking number, but the package sat in transit with no movement for weeks. No one contacted me. Only after I followed up, they admit it was lost. Until then, nothing but silence.

Completely unprofessional. Poor communication and no respect for the customer’s time or effort.

I’ll admit I was a little nervous…

I’ll admit I was a little nervous ordering a bike from a company I’d never heard off, but the prices where so competitive I felt I had nothing to lose. I ordered a bike, some upgrades and accessories too. The bike was delivered within 4 days of ordering, much quicker than I’d expected.

The packaging was excellent and no concerns of anything being damaged during transit.

I had a minor issue (couple of screws the heads stripped), but a quick message via online chat and all sorted with replacements on the way.

Honestly can’t say a bad word.

Ridstar Parts

I had a few problems with my son's Ridstar that was purchased elsewhere. I was able to order a new motor and controller from Gleeride. They made sure it was the right versions. They were also super responsive when I needed to check on shipping. I would highly recommend them for anything Ebike. I will definitely order from them on the future. Already looking at a new bike for me :)

Great Experience

I purchased a Gleeride A9. The ordering experience was excellent. The also answered all my questions before and after my purchase. The bike works great has lots of cool features that no other bike had at that cheap of price. I would defiantly purchase from them again in the future!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Seit jetzt 6 Monaten (!) ärgere ich mich mit dieser Firma und meinem dort gekauften E-Bike Emoko C93 rum:
1) Ich kann das E-Bike nicht fahren, weil die vorgeschriebene Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von max. 25km/h Unterstützung nicht funktioniert. Es fährt immer 29,5 km/h Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Offroad sollte man 55 km/h Höchstgeschwindigkeit einstellen können. Das funktioniert auch nicht, am Display einstellbar, aber keine Reaktion. Es fährt immer bis 29,5 km/h - für die Straße zu viel, da nur bis 25km/h zugelassen, fürs Offroad-Gelände zu wenig.

2) Der Lenker (extrem) und die anderen Teile sind verkratzt angekommen (Schrauben lagen locker in der Verpackung und die Kette war abgesprungen und schlug wohl beim Transport gegen das Rad. Karton ist auch leicht beschädigt.)

3) Der Sattel ist von der Verpackung mit dem Kabelbinder, der wohl zu fest angezogen war, eingedrückt. Der Striemen geht nicht mehr weg, auch jetzt nach 6 Monaten nicht. Unten am Sattelrand ist sogar eine kleine Stelle vom festen Kabelbinder aufgescheuert.)

4) Im Vorderreifen ist ganz nebenbei auch eine leichte Beule, weil der Reifen irgendwie nicht richtig sitzt.

Alles reklamiere ich seit Monaten beim Verkäufer und werde mit Nachfragen, Weiterleitungen und Warten hingehalten.
Wenn die Firma nicht in China sitzen würde, hätte ich sie schon längst verklagt... aber ich arbeite dran.
Zuerst habe ich es über paypal versucht, dort aber verloren, weil gleeride einfach wahrheitswidrig behauptet hat, ich hätte das E-Bike verändert - habe ich aber nicht!!! Es wurde schon schrottreif geliefert.
Es ist eine Zumutung, wie hier mit Käuferrechten umgegangen wird. Mängelbeseitigung, Umtausch ... ja, aber der Käufer soll die Kosten dafür zahlen! Gewährleistungsrechte werden hier mit Füßen getreten, die ich als Rechtsanwältin zufälligerweise genau kenne. Die Firma ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen! Einfach ein ärgerliches Kauferlebnis!

UPDATE vom 16.7.2025: Gut 2 Wochen später und der Kundenservice hat sich seit der Bewertung hier nie mehr bei mir gemeldet! Die Worte der Firma hier sind absolut nichts wert, genauso wenig wie das 1 Jahr Garantie, das ich zusätzlich auch noch hätte! Ich kann gar nicht ausdrücken, wie verärgert und enttäuscht ich bin!!! Auch meine Posts unter Youtube-Videos von gleeride werden einfach ignoriert.

After some communication issues, I'm finally in touch with the support. They contacted me politely and offered an alternate solution which I am happy with. I will update my review further upon receiving the e-scooter. :)

Customer service is better than a lot…

Customer service is better than a lot of other people I have dealt with. I personally think they should use a better delivery company than Gofo. I had a package go from Miami to Orlando 5 times before my package arrived to me in Orlando. They even told Gleeride that they would either send my package back to China, or destroy it if I did not come get it. I eventually got my package.

I ordered the toursor x13 things we great i was happy untill the scooter came and parts didn't match the description, the handlebar stem bolts didn't screw in i had to re-thread it and not my controller has broke. The after sales team have been useless. Sent me out a controller that is not compatible and saying I wired it wrong when they sent me to diagram. Constantly want pictures and videos of the same problem over and over. I will be seeking legal action against this company

Wrong Charger Cord, 2 week wait for correct

The charger that was supposed to come with the scooter did not! So I had to wait 2 weeks for the correct cord to charge and ride my scooter. Still waiting for the backup I ordered the day before I emailed about the wrong cord.
