I've had my car for a few years with glenside. This year has been horrid from losing my job to personal issues. In all honesty, my payments haven't been at the top of my list and it got to the stage where I couldn't keep juggling money around to pay for one thing and not another. I spoke to Danny in the collections and I still can not work out how he did this but he managed to work out my problem without me telling him just from looking over my bank statements. I wanted to miss a month or two payments as to me that was my way of getting up to date everywhere else. He explained that could make things worse due to my spending and at the time I didn't get it but we agreed a different way to get me back on track and he gave me some really good advice on how to manage my bills. He also pointed me in the direction of other companies who could help should i need it which i didn't in the end. The reason for this review is I used his advice and did what he said to help me get straight with glenside and also used it to sort out my other bills. He came across a guy who knew what he was talking about but most important someone who really wanted to help which you don't get alot of these days. Now I'm fully up to date on everything and have been for a while but the best part is I got approved for a mortgage today. You have no idea what this means to me and without Danny's advice and support I dread to think where i would be now. Thank you so much! You will never know how grateful I am for all your help xx
