AVOID AT ALL COSTS terribly customer service trying to say the hair has been used when clearly the yellow tape around the hair is still attached and to add insult to the matter they won’t refund me so want to send the hair back to me but I’ve got to pay the return charge rob dogs do not use awful company I should of just flushed £200 down the toilet

Taz was one of the most fantastic inspirational tutors assisting the hair extension course I completed In January when she came to Glasgow, I particularly appreciated her patience with me finding it slightly harder than the other students who were all qualified hairdressers. I highly recommend her and Alison if you are interested in getting into this lucrative and exciting world. The majority of students were already qualified hairdressers which made it harder for me to keep up. But the Belle Academy gives you so much support if you are still struggling after. I highly recommend this school, especially if you can get Taz and Alison as tutors. Their teaching attitude, although a complex itininery, kept a calm and enjoyable atmosphere all the way through.

I have recently got a trade account with GL hair, and i can honestly say they are amazing, they pure range hair is so nice, my client was super happy, also there customer service has been out of this world, super helpful and fast response, i highly recommend GL hair :-)

I had my 2 day training course with Alison and Emily. I absolutely loved the training and they were so friendly and welcoming. The course was very informative and I learned a lot. I also have gl hair extensions in my own hair and the quality is fantastic.

Have used the New In GL Hair Wide plate Ionic Hair Straighteners. It has infrared plates which glides on the hair making it super silky straight as if having a Keratin hair treatment. The LCD display is on top so you can set the temperature to what you desire.
Very impressed and really happy with them. I won't want to go to any other brand now.

This is the only company / brand I use for all of my clients. The customer service is absolutely amazing. You always get a fast friendly response to any questions you have and the team go as far to follow up and send you a text when products are back in stock when you’ve reached out to ask, which again think is brilliant. I mainly use the pure range which lasts my clients around a year if the correct aftercare has been followed. Some clients do use the deluxe range which can stretch to around 6-8 months, again this is great for the price and for clients on a more friendly budget. I have never had an issue with any orders they have always came within 2 days of me placing the order and this is just with the standard free shipping. Fab company, fab team and amazing quality hair.

Asides from giving epic hair, at an incredibly good price, the whole team are utterly charming and cool. The follow up and response after service is incredible, and not something many companies feel the need to do or invest in.. when it’s makes all the difference.. In an era of chat bots and vapid fast turnarounds, GL hair is laid back luxury service from top notch hair mavericks.
