We got ripped off!
A group of us tried to buy tickets for this show and was told the tickets were sold out. Logged in a few mins later and they were back available. Someone else tried and they were sold out.
Not good enough… some had to pay twice the price for tickets we didn’t want when more cheaper tickets became available again the next day. Feels like a total scam.

We're sorry to hear about the experience you and your group had. What you've described is most likely explained by how our checkout process works. When a customer adds tickets to their basket, those tickets are temporarily held while they complete their purchase. If that purchase isn't completed, the tickets are released back and become available again. This can cause tickets to appear sold out briefly and then reappear, which we appreciate looks confusing from the outside.
The pricing differences your group encountered would be down to separate ticket tiers set by the event organiser — different tiers carry different prices and have their own availability quotas.
